I obtained a UAE residency permit through company registration because I wanted a clearer and more stable basis for living and working. For me, it wasn't so much a question of "relocating at any cost" as a matter of convenience: decent banking services, transparent business conditions, and the ability to plan ahead. I also liked that this option allows me to combine living and business. In my case, it turned out to be a rational decision, not just a status "for show." I am extremely grateful to iWorld for helping me with this process.

I applied for a French residence permit through them as part of their startup support program, something like a talent passport. Overall, the experience was positive, although there were a few nuances.
What I liked: iWorld's lawyers really know their stuff. They helped me fill out the application correctly, assisted with the business plan and letters of recommendation, and within a month, I received approval from one of the ministries. After that, it was time to apply for a visa. I applied in Moscow. Surprisingly, I was issued a Type D visa quite quickly. They offered a 3-month or 1-year visa. The company explained the difference; I chose the 3-month option so I could apply for a residence permit right away rather than wait 8 months. I waited about two weeks for the visa. But then some nuances arose:
my trip to France was postponed, and the visa was only valid for 3 months. I arrived in Nice with 1.5 months left on my visa. Amazingly, I didn't even have to go anywhere to submit the documents; everything was done online. I submitted my application and waited.
Unfortunately, the wait time didn't match the initial estimate. I expected 4-5 months, but it ended up being just under 7 months.
Otherwise, everything went well. After approval, I was invited to the prefecture to pick up my residence permit.
If you want a hassle-free result, this is a perfectly acceptable option. However, be prepared for the actual wait time to be closer to 7 months. Overall, I'm happy with my experience with this company and can even recommend them,as I've already received my residence permit.

Был печальный и негативный опыт работы с другой компанией. Пытались получить и гражданство и ВНЖ, но с 2023 года так и не вышло. For those interested, company registration took about a week, obtaining the Emirates ID took 5 days, and opening an account took around 2 weeks. I specifically needed an account with Mashreq, and I really appreciated their help in making that happen.

Use them at your own risk. Used them to pursue an immigration program to Finland, a program they assured me had a 99% success rate or they would refund my money. Program didn’t work and they haven’t refunded my money till date. Be careful dealing with iWorld.

Основное взаимодействие я вел с Н. А.(имена нельзя использовать), который представляется руководителем юр. службы (но почему- то очень активно продает и принимает управленческие решения ) - человеком, который абсолютно не отвечает за свои слова, обманывает и всячески затягивает время. 👉

В Апреле 2023 года я заключил контракт с компанией iworld на получение внж франции.
Главным и особо оговариваемым условием была подача документов из РФ. Мне это подтвердил А. Н. от лица компании.
Я Сразу оплатил аванс в размере 1500€.

Далее 2 месяца ждал приглашения из стартапа (который возможно является подделкой, запрос на оригинальность я направил в выдавший ее орган).
Меня попросили оплатить вторую часть по договору (3500€), при этом А. Н. звонил мне пару раз, торопя с оплатой (типа у них конкурс на эффективность 😀).
Меня обещали записать в Консульство Франции на июнь в консульство в Москве.
Июнь - записи нет, июль - записи нет (как теперь понимаю просто так говорили, тк в Москве их схема не работала)
Август 2023- я узнаю, что у Iworld просто не было успешных кейсов в РФ, только отказы.

Мне предлагают заплатить еще около 10000€ на семью (к общей цене в 25000€!!!, чтобы подать документы якобы из Дубая).

На основании наших первоначальных договоренностей по подаче из Рф (плюс увеличение на 30% от изначальной стоимости) - Я поднимаю вопрос о возврате денег и тут начинается свистопляска.

В конце сентября 2023 года А. Н. сначала говорит мне, что они смогли найти связи с консульством в Москве и в ближайшее время решит вопрос (просит месяц-полтора дать ему и все случится).

Декабрь я требую вернуть деньги, тк компания Iworld не может выполнить договоренности.
04.01.24 направлена претензия и просьба возвратить деньги.
В течение месяца нет ответа.
Я посмотрел отзывы в интернете и нашел еще несколько случаев, где людей обманули также.
Я опубликовал отзыв о компании - сразу на связь вышел Носовский Алексей и попросил убрать отзывы, сказав что готовы урегулировать мой вопрос. Я сделал это, тк готов был к компромиссу.
Прошло 10 дней и сегодня, 09.02, пришло письмо, что iworld не собирается возвращать деньги.
Если у тебя похожая ситуация, напишите мне, чтобы объединить усилия в борьбе с этими мошенниками.
