A really lovely product and great service!
The product I ordered was really lovely and great quality. Unfortunately it wasn’t suitable for my needs and so I emailed Ivyline and received a very quick reply and everything was sorted out super efficiently. It’s getting quite rare to receive such good service from companies these days; well done Ivyline! Highly recommended.

Unfortunately the package never…
Unfortunately the package never arrived. The carrier tracking gave us a broad delivery window and we eagerly awaited delivery beyond 1900 hours, only to be informed by the auto tracker that we weren't at home. No knock on the door.?
