Ivory Rose Arvostelua 

Very very poor customer service. My wife returned items over a month ago and they have received the item back over 3 weeks ago and they have not responded to any of our emails or refunded the money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Terrible customer service or shall I say no customer service! Completely ignored by ivory rose! Does anybody manage emails ?? I purchased an item from ivory rose on ASOS - at first I didn't realise it wasn't actual ASOS and was going to be shipped separately but that's ok not a problem! Item arrived the wrong colour - I bought another item again using ASOS but items didn't fit at all despite being size up - returned straight away - parcels both arrived safely to ivory rose according to tracking - over 10 days no refund - I wrote several emails and no reply - I've had to contact ASOS asking for help and they very kindly refunded me - I asked asos to give ivory rose feedback as waiting this long for a refund in 2025 is crazy! But the worst part is being ignored!

I returned an item which was eligible for refund as didn’t fit but had no contact for over 2 weeks. I have sent multiple emails. Left messages on their website and even reached out through instagram! Heard nothing back. Customer service here is -0 . Terrible

I always struggle to find bikinis that fit, but this company has changed that! I ordered multiple sizes to find the best and the returns process was really easy and smooth for the ones that didn’t fit. Will try bras next!

Exceptional customer service and fabulous fitting lingerie that looks incredible on! After having my two children, my body has changed significantly! I purchased several t-shirt bras and a gorgeous bikini too. All fit so nicely, are very comfortable to wear and make me feel so much more confident. The prices are so affordable too! Highly recommend 🥰

love love love my new swimming costume , just a thank you to the team for going backwards and forwards with me on instagram so I got the right fit as I always struggle with my sizes. Just to say the Teal Crop Top is so much prettier on the flesh, I will try and send you a photo.

I’ve always struggled to find bras that actually fit me that are both comfortable & supportive (and not a ridiculous price), until I purchased my first bra from Ivory Rose. They are now my go to for lingerie as I know they always deliver and never compromise on quality. The bras and bodies are gorgeous, fantastic quality and affordable. Thankyou so much for making underwear I can feel confident in for the first time ever! xxx

In het begin verliep alles goed. Vlotte ontvangst van de BH. Helaas was het model niet de juiste voor mij. Contact opgenomen met de klantenservice voor retournering. Heb netjes antwoord ontvangen, maar dan....
Ruim een maand later nog steeds geen geld teruggestort gekregen. Ook geen response meer op mijn mail. Erg jammer dit!!

I waited over a month to receive my package, allowing some time to allow for international postage and expected delays due to COVID. I decided to email the customer care team to confirm that my package had actually been sent and if I could be provided with the tracking details. They got back to me super quick and immediately looked into it for me. They were able to confirm that my package had actually been lost in the mail. The team gave me the option of either a full refund or for them to send the item again free of charge. Thankfully my size was still in stock. 10/10 customer service and amazing quality of products, I would definitely buy from them again!
