This is the first time using this…
This is the first time using this company. I was overcharged by PayPal when I was trying to pay by credit card. PayPal gave a currency conversion rate that hasn't been that low since August 2024 then I was charged 4.9999% currency conversion fee on top of my bank charges.
I was advised via email that credit card payment details would be sent to me for future purchases. I have not received that advice to date.
On 30/10/24 I was advised order had been completed I responded asking for a tracking number. No tracking number was given after paying $30.00 for delivery. Another email on 4/11/24 advised that my order had been completed and to allow 10 to 15 days for delivery. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. I sent another email today 19/11/24 to both previous order completed email advices asking where my delivery was. I have not received a response.
