order was delivered pretty fast boots look ok quality ok so all good

Dreadful company. Ordered a pair of boots
for a Xmas present and my son started to use them in January. They lasted 3 months before they split right open and the laces snapped. Then they refused to refund them due to wear and tear. Consumer law means nothing to this dreadful outfit.

Ordered pair of shoes yesterday paid extra for next day delivery and they have not came

Nice shoes, delivered quick and great price

Brought 2 pairs of boots, each lasting only 7 weeks. Seller believes that as a consumable items, that’s fine. Items are clearly very poor quality and should last a reasonable amount of time.

Great shoes. Mix up with colours ordered which was a shame as it was a simple order of 2 different size of same colour and shoe. Bit of a faff to sort out a return but got there in the end. Most importantly the shoes are great quality. Fantastic for the price and would certainly shop here again! Recommend.

Great product! But got stung with an extra €20 at customs (Brexit). So will be shopping elsewhere in the future, unfortunately.

Really quick delivery, however the boots I ordered have been sent in the wrong size.
I would like a returns note but nobody is answering my emails?

Paid extra for next day delivery (ordered in the morning on a Wednesday). Did not receive the items next day. No explanation from Ivachy who happily took the additional payment and delivered 2 days later. No means of contacting the company for an update or to query / cancel the order (missed required date).

Very disappointing and unfortunately unreliable experience.

A good service but you need to answer your email

excellent service ordered 1st march late at night. delivered 3rd march. sandals lovely will be ordering more colours.

The shoes are more beautiful than the pictures.
Very Easy to wear

Great price
Really efficient delivery
Fabulous boots

Don’t have U.K. sizes. Bought two pairs for my mum for Christmas and they are too small as they are Chinese sizes. Won’t refund me so my mum has no present. Very disappointed!

First time using this company, order a pair of men’s boot & then arrive the next day, so all good!

Nice boots, lovely fit

You sent me the wrong size of boots I ordered a I’m 4 and I was sent a uk 6

It was free delivery which is great! Well made, beautifully ankle boots. Looks very stylish. Love it.
