First time I had a problem with my children's gaming computer after failed reparations elsewhere these guys fixed it and made it fast and good as new. I took my (pretty much) dead HP Envy to this brother and he managed to get it started and was spot on with his diagnosis in about an hour. He quoted £90 to replace the dysfunctional HDD with a new 240Gb SSD, a fresh install of Win 11 and even re-pasted the dried out thermal paste from the processor.
Turnaround was a couple of days and everything now works perfectly.

Fast, Reasonably Priced & Good Quality Service
Battery on laptop wouldn't hold charge
So I asked them to replace it
They ordered the battery and asked me to come in when it arrived
Fitted it in about half an hr, and advised that the reason the battery went flat is probably because of a faulty DC jack
So had that ordered and fitted by them also

I am grateful for having found a local point of contact for IT products and services, there are many service providers out there, but it's very had to find reliable, trustworthy ones. That has been my experience of ITZONE. They offer high quality branded products (HP, Dell etc) and professional services, but most importantly backed up with a sincerity & honesty to match, with years of experience. I have purchased a range of IT equipment, including laptops and PCs, most recently another HP laptop and a HP laser printer.
