The actual programmes are good some are exceptionally good. The problem is the actual app does not behave like other streaming apps, continually stuttering or stopping completely for a short time. I have fast broadband 150Mbp/s so it's not that and non of my other services have the same problem. There are far too many adds, I understand they want you to go add free, but no way would I pay for the service the way it is, Britbox was better, Cheap and nasty.

Literally the worst TV app ever -trying to watch a new drama series but just stuck in an endless loop of hours and hours of adverts. Horrific.

One star.....this is very, very generous! No choice.

There some great programmes I'd love to watch, but.....

There are way,way too many adverts, I actually counted at least 7/8 in an ad break ( is that to encourage one to buy ad free or premium?....not likely )

It is EXTREMELY frustrating when trying to enjoy a programme, to the point when you have to change the channel and watch something else...usually to the reliable Netflix.

It's too slow, the channel freezes, there is continued buffering and as mentioned previously the programme is interrupted by too many ads.
When an advert is about to start or finish the screen goes blank and you have to reload the channel......annoying, paticularly in this day of modern technology.

When was this channel launched??? And still poor viewing!?

The other catch up channels are much more slick, and I have no issues viewing these channels or streaming platforms. Take note ITV !!

Does ITV even look at the reviews or even care?

ITV X is absolutely crap. I have never seen so many adds interrupting a program especially gambling adds

WAY TOOOOO MANY ADS.
YOU START TO WATCH A SERIES AND HAVE A REDICOLOUS AMOUNT OF ADS BEFORE WATCHING WHAT YOU INTENDED TO WATCH. THEN THE BAD THING IS YOU GET A REDICOLOUS AMOUNT OF ADS AFTER ABOUT 5 MINUTES INTO THE SERIES AND THIS IS FOLLOWED BY ANOTHER REDICOLOUS AMOUNT OF ADS 5 MINUTES LATER. YOUR VIEWING IS SERIOUSLY RUINED BY CONSTANT AD INTERUPTIONS. REDICOLOUS TV CHANNEL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ITV X AS IT ALSO CRASHES REGULARLY AS WELL. CERTAINLY WOULDN'T SPEND ANY MONEY ON THIS SILLY CHANNEL THAT'S FOR SURE.

Absolutely dreadful.
Trying to watch is impossible. Just get the swirling loading thing. This doe not happen on any other streaming channels so nothing to do with my Internet connection.

When it loads it kicks out on every advert break so then have to reload and watch ads again. Every 9 mins when ads are shown

My5 loads immediately
Disney loads immediately
Itvx takes 87years.......and then chucks you off

The ads runtime is longer than the actual programme!

Minus 1 2 and a half hours trying to reset my password I had 3 different people trying to sort it out the best was can we have your mobile number just in case we lose conversation still waiting from a phone call from 12 40 this afternoon shame on you itv getting greedy BBC IS SO SIMPLE ITVX YOU ARE THE WASTED 2 HOURS PATIENTLY WAITING TO SORT MY PROBLEM AND STILL NO PHONE CALL TO SEE IF MY PROBLEM IS SORTED POUND NOTES ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOUR VIEWERS DISGUSTING

Very slow to load and navigate, can’t get programs to play. It’s the only streaming app that is a problem. Other apps like bbc iPlayer, channel 4, prime video all work perfectly so what is wrong with Itvx.

Just watch Carry On Follow that Camel and the last 2 minutes of the film is missing. Thats a one star service. I pay a premium for this service and get rubbish. I wont be renewing, total rubbish service

I have premium ITVX and I joined after the BBC service stopped. It is the worst app I’ve ever used for reliability.

If I want to watch anything on ITVX I have to wait around 10 mins for the app to load up, then pressing the remote to where I want to get to takes around 30 seconds per press of the remote button. Like watching paint dry. Then wade through a load of adverts. Very lucky if I get to watch a whole programme without TV freezing, or worse, the TV turns itself off.

Absolute waste of time. I tried to watch a programme and there were 4 lots of adverts lasting 12 minutes overall before I got to see a full minute of the programme. I didn’t tune in to watch adverts, I tuned in to watch a programme. This has happened a few times before, so I won’t bother if future!

It’s just a rotten product.
Unstable, difficult to navigate, never intuitive.
As for logging it in what a palaver !!!
ITV hub was poor and so , unfortunately, is ITVX

Utter rubbish, never resumes properly and handback from commercials to streamed content invariably causes app to freeze and need to start again.
ITV, please get this sorted once and for all as it's unusable at present.

Shockingly bad. Have to watch through loads of ads to then return to the wrong place or 'something went wrong'!!! The only thing I seem to see with any success is the adverts! How about starting a programme with no ads so you know you have the right place/programme?? I know you can pay fir ad free, but it's so random your uf going to get to warch, I wouldn't dream if it.
