If I had the option they would get zero stars. Cover is expensive.. thry tried to tell me i didnt hsve cover first until i proved it by sending them a copy of my paperwork.. what rubbish is that? claim to have a 48hour turn around but it's been 2 weeks since they said an engineer would be arranged to come out to us. Now we can just about get them on the phone to chase this as they never answer so you have to leave a message and No one bothers to call you back. Absolute rip off company.. ran by untrustworthy con artists. AVOID.

Stay well away
Cold caller talked my elderly, vulnerable aunt into considering expensive, unnecessary, insurance cover for her appliances. She asked them to post her the information and told them she would decide when she’d read the details. Unfortunately they coaxed her into giving her card details and they took payment straight away. Underhand scumbags - stay well away.

Excellent service - replaced and repaired appliances. Sent engineers out promptly for my washing machine. Highly recommend!!!!
