Love the products, that I ordered. You can see that these are premium quality herbal powders. I ordered organic Amla, Reetha, Shikakai and indigo powders for hair conditioning. The hair mask made from these powders made my hair really soft and shiny.

At first I was pleased to have found this company with its range of stock and seemingly positive pre-sale communication (via Amazon). After a couple of initial Amazon orders I went on to place two significant (bulk-style) orders direct, for one of their fruit powders in particular. Unfortunately could only be supplied in small individual packs but ok.
On working my way through this stock I opened one pack to find it contained something completely different (unidentifiable) despite outwardly being identical to others, same batch number, etc.
That was at least one month ago when I first tried making contact with Herbal Magic to report (and hopefully replace), intending to place another order at the same time, but have been totally unsuccessful even getting word through to them!

Telephone numbers either go straight to messaging service if you're lucky (however no response to my message), but are mostly cut off immediately. Emails bounce back undelivered (rejected by their email provider), and web chat option on their website also yields absolutely zero response.

I have never had quite such an experience of reclusiveness / general stonewalling by a business, and hadn't seen it coming when outward appearances look very reputable, advertising many contact methods prominently, etc.
I'm not suggesting this is a scam operation but would advise caution to any prospective customers.
I'm beginning to accept I'll just need to write off my (relatively minor) loss and find an alternative supplier.

Arrived very quick. And the stevia is good sweet and leaves no bad taste in mouth. This is second time I have purchased Fromm this shop.

I discovered Herbal magic and I never back again.
The henna is pure and really suitable for my hair that is grey on the root. It gives me a sparkling colour and my hair is more soft, since I left chemical dye for a natural.
I advise to all the people want to pass from a chemical to a naturale and effective dye.
You all won't regret!

Customer service is great, they were kind enough to add additional packet of papaya powder as a gift, and I really appreciate it, not a lot of companies would do this! They just earned a valuable customer :-)

I’m glad I got to find this product since I it is hard to get the fresh and good quality betel leaves. This powder form helps me with my holistic remedies in combination with other traditional herbs. Delivery may take longer but it is understandable due to the point of origin of the product. It still worths it!
