No development no advancing with AI, very basic responses to concerning market movement. System is user friendly, unfortunately development is limit and they have even expressed not moving towards the AI market which we all need.
We have used iTrade since May 2017. Over the years iTrade have evolved a lot. We are a ventilation company that have field techs organised on iTrade. We also use it for quoting and invoicing and it makes our life easier. Well Done iTrade. And support is never far away if you do have issues. :-)
We have been using itrade since July 2021 and we find it mostly suits our needs. The quoting system is awesome and i find invoicing function great. The app we have had some problems with but this could be user error. The support team is awesome and very quick to respond still learning
A really really really good job logging software. Works every time. Links to Xero (my accounting software) making life easier. The team at ITrade are helpful and proactive and also are there if you need anything or suggest some additional feature.

There is no doubt itrade is good, I am just one of those pepople that believes no one deserves 5 stars there is always room for improvement and they would agree too as is not their logo the best is not to come? There should be halves as well as I would have given 3.5 or still maybe a 4 if there was 4.5
If you job day to day and have a office person sitting there managing it that great it is the perfect product for you. What it does well is jobbing (small jobs) and service work.
What they dont do well is projects (large jobs, weeks, months etc) retentions, charge of time and materials to date with variations on the side. That side is arkward and inflexible.
If your good day to day jobbing itrade is for you, if you want to manage bigger jobs maybe you need to look elsewhere.
On the plus side they are prompt on service and replies.

Absolutely brilliant product/ service. The ITrade team are great to deal with and are always pleasant and helpful. They always provide efficient feedback to queries and the pricing is awesome too. Can't go past this for a job management system.
