Still waiting on my purchase so I can’t rate any further I ordered a month ago 😒

I once ordered from their website and it came super late. I ordered from them again turns out that this time, when i ordered one of their clothing it never came. I emailed them and they never responded and til this day they never gave back my money.

They steal images from other legit websites such as Yesstyle (I recommend it btw!) and put it on their website. The first time i ordered from them, the shirt was very poor quality.

Do not order from itgirlclothing.com its a SCAM!,They sell awful clothing for the most absurd prices ever. The shirt i bought was about 58$ and it was awful quality.

I received the sweater yesterday, and omg it looks exactly like the picture. To my eyes, it wasn't that big, but maybe to others. I love it! And can't wait to wear it to church and school!!!

Once I ordered I never received any update on my package but they keep sending g emails saying reviews my experience.. the experience we terrible no one ever order from here

I ordered from them at the end of December. I ordered 2 items which totaled out to about $50USD. No big deal, the package didn't come until beginning of February which again wasn't an issue being that it was peak COVID and coming from overseas. My issue is that when my package arrived I only got 1/2 of what I ordered. When checking my status it says that the other item is still being fulfilled. You are telling me that since December and it is now April almost May that my item is still not available when in fact it is being sold on the website. I have emailed around a handful of times and have not gotten a response. I have checked their Insta page and people have been leaving comments underneath their posts saying the same thing and how they need to answer their DM's. This company is a scam. I either want the item that I ordered or I want my money back. I hope they are shut down but that's the problem with overseas companies.

Hice la devolución de un pedido y quería el dinero abonado. Les llegó hace un mes, escribí email para ver cuando iban a pagarme mi dinero. Tuve que enviar varios emails describiendo y dando todos los detalles que me pedían. Orden, datos, descripción, etc . Además de que los gastos de envío fueron elevados después de un mes sigo esperando el dinero y ahora ya no responden a mis emails. Nunca más.

Ich bin so sauer! Ich habe etwas im Wert von 140€ bestellt und es ist NIE angekommen. Seit EINEM Jahr versuche ich mein Geld wiederzubekommen, aber der Kundenservice antwortet nicht auf meine Mails! Finger weg! Dieser Laden sollte verboten werden!!!

I ordered a folding rocking chair on June 25, 2020 from lgirl (not itGirl) for $11.99 and $9.99 shipping. I paid using PayPal. My order number was 25343. It is now March 28, 2021 and I still have never received the chair. I feel that I have been ripped off.

I ordered off of one of their other websites that are under them, normcorestudios, and it took a while to be delivered. I ordered in about May, and got them sometime in July. All of the clothes are good quality, I ordered three pairs of jeans and a choker. they were all true to size and pretty nice and exactly like the picture, however it just took way too long to get here.

I ordered from this shop a month ago,still in China no respond no update no anything. my money has just been wasted... this is just not ok

I ordered a pop up screen tent on May 29 this year for $16.99 plus $9.99 shipping. My order was #14441. I paid through PayPal. I have not received my tent or any word from the company. I feel my money has been stolen. I have been scammed.

Still waiting for delivery. Still waiting for any kind of response. Non-existent customer service. Pretty sure we've been had, or maybe this is what you get because free shipping. It's probably coming by green turtle.

i see on here the camping chairs are turned into 2 cheap watches. Then they want you to send them back with tracking numbers , there mistake i thought so they shoud pay for return postage, but its there scam as i see they do this alot , sell on Facebook then stick it to you . Never buy from igirl.shop. you will wait 3 months to lose your money on something that you don't want and they want you to send it back on you not them. Scammers

This is a scam. You order one item, and they send you another cheap one. Even if you use PayPal, you wont get your money back, as they will ask you to send the wrong item to china by tracking. Which will cost you a lot and you will never get a refund.

Stay away, or you will be scam ( I order a child seat, and I got a cheap unusable air pump)

At first i was very skeptical of this site due to the negative reviews it has, but i actually received my order! The cardigan is a bit small on me but it did arrive fine after a while. They also included a cute cherry choker as an extra which was really sweet. If you can put up with a long wait, then I’d say order here.

We ordered the camping chairs and also received the two cheap watches. SCAMMERS!!!!!

I bought one hoodie and 2 T-shirts!! It took about 3 months for it to come but I really loved the clothing! They even gave me a cute chocker for free ❤️

I ordered a shirt and bag from there and only received a completely different shirt. Please don't shop here :(
