The platform is really easy to use
The platform is really easy to use, and trades go through fast. The support team is always there when I have questions. it’s nice knowing I can reach them anytime, even in my language.
I also like that they have different account types, so you can start with a small deposit. Deposits and withdrawals are quick and easy, and the bonuses and competitions make trading more fun.

I have been active in the Forex market…
I have been active in the Forex market for almost 5 years and have tried many brokers, but none of them truly met my needs until I started working with ITBFX. Their support team is highly professional, responsive, and always follows up quickly on my requests, which makes the whole process smooth and reliable. Unlike my past experiences with other brokers, here I finally found a platform I can trust completely.

I joined the August contest with ITBFX and was lucky enough to finish as one of the winners. The prize was credited straight to my trading account without any problems, and I’ve already started using it for trading. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable, though I feel it would have been even better with more updates during the contest. Overall, I’m satisfied and appreciate how it was handled.

Hello,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and we fully understand your concerns.
Regarding the F50 promotion, one of the conditions for withdrawing profits is achieving a minimum of $100 in verified profit, after fully complying with all other trading rules. If this condition has not yet been met, the profit may not appear as available on the withdrawal page.
We also reached out to you via Trustpilot to request your trading account details or registered email so we could review the case more closely; however, we have not yet received a response. Without this information, we’re unable to carry out a detailed account review.
If you’re willing, please feel free to send the requested details to us via private message so our support team can carefully investigate the matter and provide you with clear and complete feedback.
Our goal is to remain transparent, responsive, and helpful in resolving any user concerns.

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’d like to clarify a few points.
All ITBFX bonuses and promotions are offered in accordance with specific terms and conditions. If the bonus rules are not fully met, the bonus itself or any profit generated from it may be removed. However, your own deposited funds are always fully withdrawable, with no restrictions.
Regarding the no-deposit bonus, this promotion was available for a limited period, and all users who applied during that time received the bonus. The promotion has now ended.
If you have had a specific experience with your trading account, we would appreciate it if you could share your account details or registered email with us so our support team can review the matter carefully and provide clear feedback.
Our goal is to remain responsive, transparent, and genuinely helpful in addressing user concerns.

They Stolen Your Profit
They offered me to get $50 credit.
After i make a profit and fullfil all the bonus condition, my withdrawal is rejected. They said that i not met the withdrawal bonus condition. What the HELL.
I ask them which part from the bonus condition that i am not fullfil, they only said read carefully bonus condition soooo many times, without any detail explanation/answered. Ridicolous.
Updated :
They reply my review and still talking no-sense. I knew the T&C is 5Lots (for sure), thats why i request for withdrawal because based on my trade i already fulfill the minimum lots.
And i pretty sure, lot of trader got scam from itbfx when they share the experience w ith itbfx on telegram group but they did not make a review as i did.
Its simple, look at the rating of this company.. 1.5 🤭🤣🤣

Dear David Bisma,
We are truly sorry to hear that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is very important, and we always strive to provide every client with a fair, transparent, and smooth trading journey.
Regarding your case: you received the bonus on 2025.04.16 and placed your last trade on 2025.04.17. As outlined in the bonus terms and conditions, a minimum of 5 standard lots under the specified requirements must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Unfortunately, your total trading volume was less than 1 lot, which is why the withdrawal request could not be approved.
Please rest assured that all of your trading records are available, and our support team will gladly provide you with the full details and review your case again if needed.
We sincerely hope this unpleasant experience will not prevent us from building a stronger and more positive relationship with you in the future. Our team is fully committed to supporting you every step of the way.

This broker is very untrustworthy and a total scam. Please do not sign up with them. They took my initial deposit and stole $143 of my profit for completely ridiculous reasons they’re making up. They just make excuses to avoid paying you out and stop you from withdrawing your money. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but their customer service is awful – they don’t answer my calls, they don’t respond to my emails, and they’re refusing to give me my money back. This company is a real scam, and I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from it.

Your account 3043967 was corrected on 11.03.2025 due to the use of automated trading robots. According to ITBFX’s trading rules and requirements, traders are not permitted to use such robots. Despite the fact that on 08.03.2025, two corrections of $5.36 and $5.42 were already applied to your account for the same reason, you continued to trade using this method.
However, please be informed that after reviewing your appeal, and in order to show our commitment to supporting professional clients like you, the full amount of $143 was returned to your account and successfully withdrawn by you.
We are truly sorry that your experience with ITBFX was not fully satisfactory. Nevertheless, we kindly ask for your understanding that, due to the high sensitivity of financial markets, it is essential for all traders to strictly comply with the rules and requirements in place.
