No items, seller telling me to wait, it’s been 2 months!! Impossible to get customer service email or even help. AVOID

I appreciate there are different sellers however I ordered and paid for a few shirts around 4 weeks ago and items state still being processed.
Seller hasn't even read my messages yet so starting to have doubts about my purchase due to lack of activity.

Love DHgate for reps just make sure you check reviews, if it has over 500 reviews that are mainly and have pictures its 99 per cent going to be what you want. If its a rep there will be no picture reviews don't be alarmed it is for copyright reasons just message the seller individually for pictures and they will send. Sellers are really nice and helpful and stuff ships pretty fast depending on the seller of course. My stuff has always come in under a month.

Was planning bulk purchase now to find out they trying to charge 20% tax saying it's law from UK this is rubbish check hmrc site it's down to HMRC to bill us once it arrives at our customs not China companys.

Il venditore ha detto che mi rimborserà se cambierò il motivo della controversia, ma non riesco a cambiarlo. Potreste cambiarlo per e? me e farmi riavere i miei soldi per favore?

Counterfeit brands being sold on this site!!
This is one of many chinese sites flooding our country with fake goods. Worst thing it's being sold on facebook ebay amazon.
Trading standards are aware but do nothing about it. It's all fake goods brands such as hofner guitars michael cors adidas nike rolex watches hugo boss football tops you name it its huge counterfeiting organised crime.

Ordine po#3287133915 ho contattato il venditore ma non mi invia il tracking.lui mi ha spedito le foto dell orologio(che non sembra come richiesto)dicendomi che ieri avrebbe spedito il pacco.oggi è ancora in fase di spedizione.potete mandarmi il tracking per piacere?

The worst company I've had to deal with in my life, I purchased 4 items i was given a purchase no: NOTHING 3 months NO COMMUNICATION. Pointless service money wasted be SUPER SUPER cautious.

Ho fatto un ordine in data 9 settembre 2020 alle 21.02 ad oggi (12 novembre 2020) ancora la merce non è stata spedita. il venditore non risponde ma i soldi sono stati versati!

Poor service, Mount's waiting for items, worst customer support ever, I had a parcel delivered on the sistem without to receive it. Money lost, I will never ever used again 😔😔

I had made 2 purchases with DHgate before my bad experience with no issues whatsoever. The quality was good and the seller was genuine. However, I recently purchased 2 bags for £60 (after reading good reviews, which I have been warned could have all been fake!) which have never arrived. At first the ‘seller’ although better suited to the name ‘scammer’ sent me a fake tracking number which didn’t show up, within the DHgate dispute process one of the options was if you were provided with an incorrect tracking number. After several days of trying to contact the ‘seller’ I opened a dispute, within hours they sent me a message asking why I’d opened a dispute so quickly and that they’d updated the tracking number. So I sat tight and waited for my package. However what arrived instead was a pair of cheap sunglasses, on the package it said the same tracking number they provided me with as well as the words ‘2 bags’. Unfortunately once you’ve sent your dispute there is no way to update it, the scammer by this point had updated it with a tracking number, but these was for the scam package. So I contacted DHgate through online chat who took all the information then asked me to send an email to someone else?! Which I did, and I’m still waiting for a reply even though I expressed urgency both on the chat and the email ... Since then I have been in touch with the ‘scammer’ who carries on lying saying that they don’t sell glasses and it’s not them?! Today, the payment to them was released because of course the item is showing as delivered. DHgate pride themselves on saying that you’re safe, they’ll listen to your case, and bring those scammers down! However they don’t, they have left me to be scammed! In future I recommend avoiding DHgate and using other similar sites such as Vova -although they can equally be as bad for refunds you are protected by PayPal. If you decide to carry on using DHgate however avoid the seller/scammer: hualonglin

My next step will be to attempt to get the money back from my bank.

ordered a necklace from here in March and the parcel Never arrived. Tried to contact them for a refund they said they’d refund me it’s now nearly September and I still haven’t been refunded. Absolute scam.
