I made a significant investment in leads from iSpeedToLead after being drawn in by their assurances of quality and straightforward refund policies. Unfortunately, my experience did not match the promises.

A large percentage of the leads I received had inaccurate or outdated information, including wrong addresses, disconnected numbers, and, in some cases, deceased individuals. This was not a matter of "effort" or "follow-up" on my part; it was a fundamental data quality issue.

When I reached out to support (as the website instructed), the process became unnecessarily complicated. Despite providing all requested proof, including call recordings and extensive documentation, responses were slow, repetitive, and ultimately dismissive. The refund process, advertised as simple and customer-friendly, felt intentionally obstructive.

Only after escalating did someone from their leadership team reach out, but the conversation was less about resolving the issue and more about deflecting blame back onto me as the customer.

Ultimately, this experience left me feeling misled and undervalued. I would caution others to thoroughly vet their alternatives before committing any substantial spend with iSpeedToLead.

ISL is a solid 10/10. Gene and Sofiia consistently deliver outstanding support. They genuinely care, go the extra mile to explain the platform in detail, and are clearly invested in helping users succeed. Their dedication makes a real difference.

Great company easy to work with

ISL is 10/10, a lot of people complain about services but I think it’s a reflection of there inability to execute and be creative. I am new at wholesaling and ISL has changed my life. Last month alone I CLOSED not SIGNED, but CLOSED 2 deals from coupon club and only bought 40 leads. To spend $1200 and make $10,000 is very good investment.

If you sign up within 24-48 hours of they provide you with a bonus money to buy leads with. In my case, $200. I set up my profile to auto buy leads based on a certain criteria and they sent me a lead that had already been listed on the MLS for 6 days. I attempted to get that money refunded and they stated that since it was complimentary funds, they can't refund it despite the lead not even being a TRUE lead due to it being already listed by a realtor on the MLS.

If you are going to give free funds to use your service, let it actually be towards your service which is toward high quality leads. If bad leads do make it through to the end user, at the bare minimum, that money should be refunded weather the money is complimentary or not.

Overall, beyond happy with their quality of leads, levels for any budget and experience, and level of support. I had purchased a lead that just gotten sold and got a full refund within 24 hours!

This is an awesome PPL company and their coupon club is second to none! Where else, with no marketing experience can you generate leads for $49/piece? The best part is because the leads come in a marketplace you can operate nationwide while still being selective on things like seller motivation, zipcodes, and anticipated ARV. I truly love what this company does!

They also have a very generous refund policy. If a lead decides not to sell or you can't get in touch with them, they give you 21 days to get your money back.

I would recommend this company to any realestate investor that is struggling with lead generation!

Highly recommend I Speed To Lead! I interviewed a few pay per lead companies and hands down I Speed To Lead was the absolute best. Their platform is great, customer service is the best. If the seller is non responsive or they do not want to sell or if they are are just looking to see what their house is worth you can immediately request a refund and go on to the next! They have spent months in advance getting compliant for the new TPCA requirements and provide information via You Tube frequently! Numerous testimonials prove you can do deals on this platform! They are so transparent with everything they do!
