Island of Anime Arvostelua 62

I placed an order a month ago and sent five emails asking for a follow up. Nothing. I’m filing a chargeback with my bank. I’m not confident this is still an active store. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I’m not sure if anyone at Island of Anime is monitoring their reviews- they are most certainly not monitoring their inbox or scamming people. I placed an order on 27th June (5959) and have received zero updates despite following up multiple times. It’s been almost a month and I’m not sure if I’ve been robbed.

If you cannot fulfill orders, at least do the courtesy of refunding your patrons/following up with some form of an update.

Poor customer service ordered product was taking forever in ship got notification it was saying that couldn't be delivered checked shipping said was in China reached out to customer service the next day said delivered package is nowhere to be found reach back out no answer continued to reach out finally got response just saying ur package was delivered thanx been reaching out everyday still nothing this place is the worst service experience I ever had

Island of anime is a good place to buy anime stuff, but the by‌if you got the address or something wrong the support or contact us is not very helpful. I give it 5 bc the product is amazing

I had order two Naruto Key Chains on the 22nd December and had been advised that I would receive a second email that my order is ready. It has been 9days already and I still haven’t received a response yet. Because of this lack of communication and reassurance, I decided to email them through their contact support. After this, I was supposed to receive a response within 24hours, however this doesn’t seem to be the case. I am very concerned that I have wasted money for nothing and would like the items I’ve purchased to be delivered to me.

I ordered the Tanjiro light box and Tanjiro sneakers for my son’s birthday. They arrived in Australia within 10 days and are exactly as they look on the website, if not better. The sneaker sizing is accurate. My son is going to love these. I couldn’t recommend Island of Anime more.

Bought my item from the website and it brought me to an app to have it shipped to my location. The app from what I found out online from reviews was a scam because like many people as myself, it brought the item to the wrong address. Now I don’t know who to turn to because the app doesn’t respond back to customers, hopefully this website Island of Anime gives me a refund on the product, fingers crossed..

I emailed the website Island of Anime regarding my order that wasn’t shipped and they took care of it as fast as possible by shipping the order to the right address(not sure if they did this using the same app or other means but it came to my house). Unfortunately however, the item that arrived was not the same item that appeared on the website meaning that the outside party that sold the item on the site sold a fake of the actual item. I sent pictures of this to Island of Anime and they responded back super quick on finding solutions to resolve this issue on how I wasted my money on a fake. They initially wanted me to return the item so I could get my money back but because it was too large(the item was a miniature statue), they instead let me keep the item while also refunding the full cost I spent on it. On top of that they told me that they took off from they’re website items that were sold by the same outside party where I bought my fake statue. To those who are unsure to purchase from this site I can say that even though I got scammed by an outside party, the site itself Island of Anime is legit and was fair with my purchase and situation.

Received replacement!

It's been 8 days since my order shipped and when I track it it still says that the pre shipping label was created and no more tracking info is offered. I'm not sure what to do at this point. I contacted Island of Anime and they just sent me the link to track it which I had already done.

The hoodie is soft. But the printing is kinda blurry, it’s like it’s zoomed in. I wanted to gift it to my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day but I didn’t think it’s good enough since he is a big anime merch fan. I’ll just keep it for myself since I bought it already.. the timing for the hoodie to come in wasn’t bad. I didn't have to wait like a month.

My first order came with a chipped corner due to shipping, not packaging. It was actually packaged very well. I reached out to the company and sent then a photo and they promptly sent me a replacement. Very pleased with the quality and customer service. I will be buying from here again. My order was exactly as pictured.
