Iskysoft Arvostelua 

Purchased Wondershare UniConverter from iskysoft, but application still says only applicable for trial version. Tried on multiple occasions to get help through their online system to trouble shoot the issues and continue to receive errors that their online form either times out or error submitting. Checked out FAQ to troubleshoot the issue and all detail there is misleading. Only way to get the software to work is to repurchase, which we did not back to back occasions. Total scam.

Thieves. iskysoft.com must be hurting for revenue because they are now kiting card numbers and trying to run multiple transactions at various dollar amounts until they hit an approval on a child's Greenlight card. We've never even heard of iskysoft.com until these charges starting appearing against the card number, clearly stolen. Nobody would profit from running multiple $9 to $5 attempted charges on the same day to iskysoft but iskysoft.com so it seems they've resorted to theft to keep the doors open.

I'm glad to have read your reviews. I'm looking for a Movie Editor - I don't wont no trouble - this product and service seems pitiful.

WORTHLESS AND SCAM. I just looked at my statement and they charged $79 on my bank account without my permission. I did not renew at all. I signed up a year ago but they kept cancelling the access after a month or two so I gave and decided that was money gone, but I WILL NOT RENEW. Then suddenly, this "thank you for renewing" I DID NOT RENEW. You can't contact them because everything is NO REPLY. Trying to contact them requires a PIN NO. from them which when you enter, will say sorry EXPIRED. They know you are going to dispute the charge so THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING TO STUMP YOU. IT'S A SCAM. They are from ENGLAND. Don't get suckered in. The review below which says this they use avangate and create an account to cancel the subscription is BAD ADVICE. Don't do it or you will get scammed again.

Product was seriously disappointing. I needed to retrieve files and pictures. Followed instructions to the letter. 13 files recovered but could not open one of them. Tried again and again with same crappy results. Though they advertise that you can get a refund, don't believe it. I sent them all the information they needed and still no refund. Total waste of money.

Downloaded and installed as the instructions stated for Iskysoft Recovery IOS and Android. Use it in trial version to transfer one mobile to another seemed to work in demo mode. I then purchased at great expense their product £170 and this is where my problems happened. My product on Windows 10 didn't fully activate and have spent numerous times on support email getting anywhere and cannot get a resolution. They don't even have a sametime / instant message so all correspondance have to be by email / costly phone. Even a password reset to my accounts do not work via their URL and you have to wait several days to get the next response from them.

They are reluctant and slow to resolve the situation, all I want now is their software off my machine and a refund.

Extremely unhappy with Iskysoft don't repeat my mistake of wasting several hundred pounds / dollars / euros purchasing their goods - source your items else where and avoid ISKYSOFT at all costs.

Their support at moment is non functional, poor, slow and painful, they don't seem to deal with customer complaints or software issues - all I want now is for a full refund.

If you're wondering how to cancel an auto renewing subscription, going through their tech support isn't very helpful, however I did find out some things after looking at the wondershare support center.

iSkysoft uses avangate to handle their orders. Your payment method is saved with them. You can look up your order by searching the email/card that you used for the order.

You can create a free account to delete the subscription and payment information. I received a confirmation email from isksoft confirming that I cancelled the yearly renewal.

SCAM. Takes your money for god knows what service.

I purchased the filmora video editor last year and I have just been charged for a second year when no where in the payment process did I agree to yearly payments. customer service is completely ignoring my emails and requests and conveniently there is no phone number to call and actually talk to a real person about this. The whole thing is a scam to trick people into unknowingly paying yearly payments to this company. I am going to contact paypal to try and get my money back however i'm sure that my money has just been stolen. If you have purchased this please cancel your recurring payment in paypal and if you haven't purchased this DONT!

Do not buy the license unless you are keeping the same operating system. I had windows and switched to Mac, now I must buy the Mac version to continue using. The software is very slow and antiquated. The quality of the program does not support the cost.

Won’t allow you to cancel a subscription will auto charge you without permission. Their forms for Support doesn’t work at all. No contact number. DO NOT TRUST.

I downloaded Wondershare Filmora video editor paid for the one year license. Needed to record my computer screen for a work project and that function does not work at all...even though they advertise it. The only option they give me through their customer service portal is to email and start a ticket...its a very tedious process... they are not at all accommodating to the purchaser. So an appointment is set for 1/22/18, I do everything asked of me on my end and they stood me up....
I will never deal with Iskysoft again.

Super Website, Produkte sehen superklasse aus, es wird ein top seriöser Eindruck erweckt, aber: Software billig und simpel gemacht, funktioniert leidlich schlecht, völlig veraltet, somit viel zu teuer. Kontaktaufnahme - außer per Email - unmöglich. Es gibt weder Gerichtsstand noch sonst irgendeine Adresse, geschweige denn eine Servicetelefonnummer. Ein Jahr nach meinem Kauf wurde kurzerhand einfach nochmal die Lizenzgebühr von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht, musste meine Karte sperren lassen. Unseriöses Unternehmen, am Rande zur Illegalität! Gute Bewertungen im deutsche Trustpilot sind offensichtlich vom Betreiber gekauft, die englische Seite hat nur 1,5 Sterne - die Bewertung stimmt offenbar.

I bought their latest version of PDF Editor Pro software and it didn't work. I've used their PDF Editor Pro software for years and always had good performance. I contacted ISKYSOFT for support and they emailed me a new copy that also didn't work. After 3 or 4 more discussions, I asked for a refund until such time as their software worked. They insisted my issue was closed and didn't issue me a refund. I had to get my credit card company to reverse the charge. After recommending these people to everyone I know with 5 stars, I'd not recommend them any more

I use this software to help customers every day. Always reliable and working

Iskysoft is actually a really great product. I started using the trial first. Now I currently use two of their products. Their recovery app has helped me retrieve information off of my broke ipad, which I have fixed and now using the erase app so I can sell it.

This product is simply fantastic, comprehensive and at same time user-friendly. I have tried several other products available in the market, and the products offered by Iskysoft hands down is the best. Thanks guys for making such great products. To many more, cheers!
