I had an outstanding experience with Irrigreen’s customer service, especially with my representative, Thomas Norman. From start to finish, Thomas was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained things clearly, and made sure I fully understood the process. His friendly attitude and genuine willingness to help made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.

Aside from a system that offers saving long term on water and a unique/easier install, it came down to Thomas Norman! He work with me for the best price on an appropriately designed system for my yard based on the yard work I have planned and for future proofing. He didn't try to oversell, he wanted me to be happy. There was also a packing order issue due to the custom design and my individualy needs and when I called he, he just sorted it. Didn't play a blame game or make excuses. He just go it done. I have recommended the system and Tom to 4 different homes already and will continue to do so.

Thomas Norman was great from the beginning. He worked to get me the best price on my initial system and held the price with a deposit and shipped when agreed. I called the support line after installing and Aidan Bergerson worked remotely to try and get my system running. He was unable and thought there must be something wrong with the 2 heads. He didn't hesitate and sent me 2 new heads only for me to figure out it was not the heads but my vacuum breaker. I did end up buying 2 more heads as the throw wasn't what I expected - but I'm chalking that up to my lack of knowledge of water pressure drop due to distance of pipe. I am still fine tuning my system but am already appreciating the ability to edit zone shapes and the automatic weather sensing. Communication with sales and service was highly responsive. I highly recommend.

I’m a DIY person and decided to investigate the Irrigreen system after receiving 2 quotes on a “traditional’ sprinkler system full installation.

Thomas was my sales representative and he did an excellent job helping me design a 12 head system and providing me a quote that was excellent. One example was prior to placing my final order I had a question for Thomas so I called and left him a message on a Saturday late afternoon assuming I get a call back Monday. Sunday afternoon I received a call from his personal phone with my answers. It was obvious by the background noise he was at a NFL football party. Way above any version of customer service I’d had before with many other companies.

The installation was straightforward between the Irrigreen videos and other third party videos available online.

I had a few technical questions on the startup and the technical department was excellent in trouble shooting my issue.

The system itself will save me money ongoing as I waste no water after fine tuning my custom watering patterns.

I’m not a big fan of the smart watering system using online weather forecast to decide if to water or not. The forecasts are just not accurate enough to match actual rainfall at my house vs. 2 miles away.

I’ll be installing an actual rain gauge at the house wired to the controller. I wish Irrigreen would integrate real data from my high tech Tempest weather station but for now a rain gauge will do.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the ease of installation and the overall high tech system that Irrigreen offers. Along the way I saved approximately $5k for the installation and long term will be saving money on my water bills versus a traditional system.

Exceptioal customer service and follow up communication. I really like the system...its water delivery and coverage are great and it is very reliable

Funny: I will be installing my system next week but interactions to date have been great. I also think they are missing a compelling product extension opportunity. A separate camera and some computer vision to detect when a dog pees and dilute it with the sprinkler when Rover departs. Same idqa at night to spray raccoon / skunks digging in the yard.

I talked to Thomas Norman before I ordered and he got me started on proper design. Shipping was fast. We have seven heads and it works great. Thomas and the tech support people are fantastic my neighbor helped me install it, actually doing most of the work, and it was a straight forward process.
The design and function of Irrigreen systems is what got me interested. I never would have invested in a traditional system. I love it.

I purchased the irrigreen sprinkler system with five heads a little over a year ago for two commercial buildings. It took about an hour to program and set up but was actually fun and has worked flawlessly for me. Thomas Norman was great and also assisted after installation and I needed to add another head.
I will actually be purchasing another system for another project very soon. I’m extremely happy with this product.

I decided to do a DIY irrigation job after receiving an outrageous quote from an installation company.
The Irrigreen system looked futuristic, more cost effective and way less digging.
Thomas Norman was amazing, he helped me through the sale process, design, and installation. I bent a number of " you can't do these" rules and my system works like a dream.
I got hours back in my evening ( less manual watering) and I get to enjoy a lush yard.

Thomas Norman helped me with my purchase. I haven’t gotten a chance to install the system yet but the process to purchase and become educated with the system was great.

I’m very impressed with the Irrigreen irrigation system. Installation is much simpler than a traditional system and works very well. I had a small issue with the auto water feature but it was resolved with a phone call and remote login, great customer service! Thomas Norman was great to work with!

Irrigreen is an amazing company and I’m thrilled with what they have brought to market. I was guided through on what I needed with the designed back yard and size I wanted. Everything was then sent to me with simple to follow instructions. I did have a question and called in and got the help of Thomas Norman who was very helpful and immediately sent me what was needed to make my system work because of my situation. Coolest system I’ve ever used and my water bill is much lower than my neighbor’s of similar lawn size.

Everything is working well! There have been occasions where the signal was poor but that's because the Box is outside opposite where we have the Router! I thought of buying one of those small signal boosters but it is not a huge issue

Also have 1 head I have to push down manually but that's not that big a deal either

Overall great product very happy with it! Thomas Norman was Amazing helped walk me through setup when I had some heads not show up on line

I would recommend IRRIGREEN to everyone seeking to cut down on 20 heads all over the place! I have 6 for my front and back yard on a Large Corner Lot !!

First, the Irrigreen system is amazing! But even better is their customer service! Especially Kelly Allen.
I’ve had to call for replacement parts several times and she goes above and beyond every time and is just the friendliest person ever!

The installer, Chris at Apex TROPICALS was and is awesome! Git the system installed, troubleshooted with Irrigreen who were prompt! So far I love the watering just getting it tweaked in

Ok so in the spirit of honesty, my experience has been initially not awesome but they did redeem themselves ultimately and my sprinkler now is in working order and doing what it should be doing. My advice to anyone having problems is to call them as opposed to submitting an online ticket. Once I called they were extremely helpful, sent a replacement sprinkler overnight at no cost, and followed up until everything was working as expected.
I even found a reddit thread from the CEO and he actually looked into my sprinkler issues to ensure all was fixed and working, which is for sure the highest level of customer service I have personally received ever.
The sprinkler now works great, covers all the nooks and crannies a regular sprinkler could not and the schedule works wonderfully.
