IronFX EU Arvostelua 75

Très déçu de l’expérience avec IronFX. Ils m’ont fait une proposition puis ont complètement arrêté de répondre, malgré plusieurs relances. Aucun sérieux, aucune transparence, aucune considération pour le client.
Pour une société qui prétend être professionnelle, le minimum serait de respecter ses engagements et de communiquer.
Je ne recommande absolument pas.

J’ai rencontré un sérieux problème avec IronFX.
Mes positions ont été fermées alors que mon solde était suffisant, entraînant une perte importante 10000dollar .
Le service client n’a pas fourni d’explications satisfaisantes.
J’ai décidé de suivre les procédures juridiques nécessaires pour faire valoir mes droits.
J’invite les autres clients à être prudents et à bien vérifier leurs opérations.

Mise à jour de mon avis (15 octobre 2025)

Depuis ma réclamation du 10 octobre, IronFX n’a apporté aucune réponse concrète à mes demandes techniques précises.
Leur réponse publique ici sur Trustpilot, mentionnant qu’un “account manager me contactera”, n’a jamais été suivie d’effet.

Je rappelle que j’ai simplement demandé les logs serveur, la valeur du spread et du swap appliqués au moment de la clôture injustifiée de mes positions — des données techniques objectives que tout courtier sérieux devrait pouvoir fournir.

L’absence de transparence et de communication renforce mes doutes sur la fiabilité de cette plateforme.
Je poursuis donc les démarches officielles auprès de la CySEC pour que cette affaire soit examinée.

Je maintiens ma mise en garde : soyez très prudents avant de confier vos fonds à IronFX.

Mise à jour (21 octobre 2025)

IronFX m’a proposé un “bonus de 3 000 €” à titre de règlement commercial.
J’ai refusé cette proposition, considérant qu’elle ne remplace pas la restitution des pertes injustifiées.
Dans l’attente d’un retour, et sans réponse concrète de leur part, je poursuis mes démarches officielles auprès de la CySEC.

Au-delà de la perte financière importante subie, cette situation m’a aussi fortement affecté sur le plan psychologique. Le stress engendré m’a conduit à des dépenses médicales et à une incapacité temporaire à me rendre au travail.

Je maintiens mes réserves et invite les utilisateurs à faire preuve de prudence avant d’investir.

Mise à jour (17 Novembre 2025)

Après avoir refusé l’offre de bonus déjà proposée par IronFX, je n’ai reçu aucun retour concret de leur équipe. Face à ce silence et à l’absence totale de suivi de leur part, j’ai donc déposé une plainte officielle auprès de la Notesco Financial Services Limited (CySEC, Chypre) ainsi qu’auprès de l’Office of the Financial Commissioner (Ombudsman).
Je reste déterminé à obtenir une résolution juste et conforme aux réglementations. J’invite une nouvelle fois les utilisateurs à être extrêmement prudents avant d’investir sur cette plateforme.

Pouvez-vous préciser quelles solutions vous proposez exactement et en quoi consisterait cette “absence de coopération” que vous mentionnez ?
J’ai toujours été réactif à vos messages et je vous ai répondu à chaque étape. Suite à mon dernier email, je n’ai d’ailleurs reçu aucun retour officiel de votre part.

Merci de clarifier ces points afin que nous puissions avancer correctement.

Une entreprise de pseudo trading A FUIR !
Après m’avoir fait perdre plus de 10k€ en 2023 sur la volatilité de l’or, le broker chypriote annoncé comme inefficace est remplacé par une de ses collègues qui deux années plus tard se propose de combler mes pertes en réactivant le compte par un nouveau dépôt !!!!
Quel culot !!! Même stratégie d’insistance et de garantie de résultats fabuleux ! Le discours est rodé !

I was onboarded into a trading account with IronFX through what I believed was a legitimate, UK-regulated broker. The website looked professional, the affiliate was UK-facing, and the FCA entity, Notesco UK Ltd, appeared to oversee it all. What I didn’t know was that I was being quietly funneled into their offshore Bermuda entity, a setup clearly designed to evade regulation and accountability.

When I eventually complained about their conduct, including misleading onboarding, unauthorised promotion, and complete failure to carry out basic suitability checks, the UK entity refused to take responsibility. They’ve hidden behind legal technicalities and ignored my messages, including multiple live chat follow-ups where I was literally left talking to myself after uploading evidence.

I even submitted a formal request for my trading history under UK GDPR, and received no response. They process UK users’ data, promote to UK residents, and take UK money, but when it comes to accountability, silence.

Their behaviour is disgraceful. This isn’t just poor service, it’s calculated regulatory evasion, and it’s cost people like me life-changing amounts of money.

IronFX operates like a shell game, flashy ads, offshore traps, and a UK entity that pretends to know nothing when things go wrong.

Avoid them, report them, warn others.

Thank you for the reply, but I’ve already received the same copy-paste response after leaving a review for IronFX.com. I was told my complaint would be forwarded to the relevant department and that someone would be in touch, yet nobody ever contacted me.

To make matters worse, after saying someone would be in touch, IronFX then attempted to flag my review for removal. Trustpilot reviewed the case and reinstated it, because my evidence clearly backs up everything I’ve said. So if you’re planning to try the same here, don’t waste your time, I’ll get it reinstated immediately.

And before anyone claims my account was with a different entity: every single payment I made was processed by Notesco Financial Services Limited, the EU entity. That’s why my review covers both entities. The EU arm handled my funds, even though the offshore entity was named on the trading platform.

The lack of accountability and attempts to silence criticism speak volumes.

You're now repeating the same generic response without addressing the core issue of my complaint: your offshore entity (IronFX.com) was promoted to me via affiliate marketing in clear breach of the reverse solicitation exemption.

At the time, I had no understanding of these regulatory rules. However, I have now gathered clear legal evidence proving that your affiliate promoted your services into the UK unlawfully, and that your onboarding disclosures failed to meet the requirements expected of a firm with FCA obligations.

This is no longer just a review, this is part of a formal complaint. If you continue to issue misleading responses instead of resolving this, I will escalate this with the FCA and legal authorities.
Attempting to ignore or suppress my review only strengthens the case against you.

As per my response via email, my complaint in 2020 lacked legal substance, my complaint now has no relation to the previous complaint, this is a completely separate complaint with new evidence and legal substance, so I suggest you deal with it and address it with the seriousness it deserves, or further escalation will include regulatory involvement.

As previously mentioned via email, this is your opportunity to address the 2020 violations appropriately to show the FCA your non compliance has been addressed, by continuing to deny my claim with the new evidence that clearly shows illegal onboarding and regulatory violations, you are only proving a continued disregard for the rules which will go against you with my FCA case.

Bonjour, j ai écris un avis négatif il y a peu de temps que je viens de supprimer pour écrire un avis positif. Mon problème à été pris en charge avec un mail d excuse et me proposant en dédommagement des désagréments un montant de 800 € crédité sur mon compte de trading. Je trouve vraiment que c est un beau geste d honnêteté ! L avis négatif faisait mention d un dépôt qui avait mis une dizaines de jours à être crédité. C est vrai que pour moi les dépôts et les retraits doivent êtres très rapide pour que j estime un brocker sérieux ou pas ! Mais le geste que ironfx a fait est tout à fait admirable. Je conseil ce broker.

En tant que client chez IronFX, j'ai récemment rencontré un problème majeur concernant l'exécution de mes ordres. J'avais passé un ordre à un prix précis, mais celui-ci n'a pas été exécuté au niveau attendu, malgré des conditions de marché favorables. Cela a entraîné une perte que j'estime directement liée à un dysfonctionnement de leur plateforme.
Je trouve cela inacceptable pour un broker prétendument fiable. Après avoir contacté leur service client, aucune réponse satisfaisante ne m'a été fournie jusqu'à présent. Cela démontre un manque de sérieux et de transparence de leur part.

Today I opened trading account with this company. And here are my first impressions.
- Apparently, this broker is quite conservative.
- Such conservatism suggests that company is quite solid.
- I could choose trading conditions by selecting the type of account to trade on
- Process of opening trading account did not seem complicated to me.
- Depositing account was quick and without problems. I think there should be no problems with withdrawal of funds.

Ironfx is a robust solution for trading.
MT4 trading platform is the best for me because of the abundance of different functions, opportunity to modify the order right when you open it, apply indicators, track volumes and other stuff.
Other than that, the set of tradable assets is also appealing, trade any you get used to.
Perhaps, the website is quite poor in terms of information, but it's not a very serious trouble.

Uno dei vantaggi più grandi per me nel fare trading con l’MT4 è che la piattaforma è molto affidabile. Un’esperienza stabile assicurata in pratica.
Ma con il broker che offre così tanti conti di trading, il tutto è un po’ confusionario. Per molti trader questo è un vantaggio, ma ritengo che si possa semplificare.

Dude, IronFx is simply the best!
I love their platform, it makes trading easy. With tight spreads, making profitable trades is not as hard as it was with my previous broker. Also, slippages are rare and my trades get closed immediately after I press the button. Another thing that makes this broker appealing is the withdrawal procedure - quick, hassle-free and plenty of payment methods.

I used to think that trading conditions were not important until I started trading more professionally.
I am not showing off, I just want to say that I realized that conditions can affect trading result. When I saw set of accounts of this broker I realized that here I could find ideal conditions.
I chose Zero spread account. Here spreads from 0 and moderate commission. And also leverage 1:30.

when I noticed the company, I decided to give it a try, because I refer myself to the category of traders who believe in the reliability of the platform based on the regulation it has.
other than that, the range of tradable assets and variety of account types with appealing trading conditions comprise the positive image of the company in the market. everything looks so laconic out here, I'd say even harmonical.
I am trading with this broker for a couple of months and haven't found any serious drawbacks so far. Ironfx just meets my needs.

Det började med att jag hade Oscar E som kontakt. När Oscar gick på "semester" fick jag Fredrik C som kontakt. Då höll mitt konto passande på att likvideras, så jag var tvungen att sätta in mer pengar för att undgå. Jag och Fredrik kom överens om att han ej skulle handla mer i palladium som Oscar hade gjort. Det är extremt stor spread i palladium (som Ironfx tjänar mycket pengar på.)

Tog inte lång tid förrän Fredrik handlade med palladium ändå. Därefter slutade han svara på mail.

Några veckor senare likviderade han mitt konto med att just köpa palladium.

Man kan sammanfatta Ironfx bedrägeriupplägg såhär:
De likviderar nästan kundens konto, så man måste sätta in mer pengar.
När de tror att man ej har mer pengar att sätta in, likviderar de kontot med Palladium (xpdusd) som de tjänar pengar på grund av den stora spreaden.

I like this trading platform. There's a required number of assets, fast software in the form of famous MetaTrader 4 and the broker ensures full-fledged support on every step.

Ho le mie preferenze e vedendo l’offerta di IronFx non ho trovato punti negativi con questo broker. Sono onesto e obiettivo: se l’offerta è in linea con le preferenze ed esigenze di trading, sarà un’esperienza di trading appagante.
Alcuni magari sostengono che l’offerta di piattaforme di trading è limitata e che è disponibile solo l’MT4, ma per me è un vantaggio. Concentrarsi sull’app di trading più popolare e migliore sul mercato è la ricetta del successo. Offrono una perfetta integrazione e l’app funziona come una macchina ben oliata 👍

Most of all, as many people around there, I admire their accounts. If you are a scalper, then the best choice for you is apparently Absolute Zero account, where are no commissions and ultra narrow spreads.
For positional traders, I would advise to look at Zero Fixed, or some other accounts with floating spreads.
Everything is arranged here so harmonically. I truly like it.

My impressions after trading on the Metatrader 4 are pretty much positive. Of course, I am lacking certain functionality, because the company delivers only. one trading platform, but it's anyway MT4. If you are bored from classical trading, then due to this software you can engage into algotrading.
Other than that, I, want to make an emphasis on:
+ they have a top-notch client support which is ready to help you any time you need;
+ the range of assets offered by the company is also quite big, trade whatever you wish;
+ account types system is brilliant in my opinion;
Yeah, order execution is fast,/ too.
In fact, Ironfx has many positive traits even despite the. minor flaw I stressed in the beginning. It's still a decent solution for traders.
