Very prompt reply. Good to talk to someone on the phone and hear Human Voice not AI. The staff were very reassuring gave excellent advice and answered all questions that I had about Tax Allowance and returns. Would very definitely advice people to check them out particularly if you are someone of my age late 60s and not particularly good with computers and advice. They had no issues with me ringing and checking and rechecking particularly when scams are becoming more and more sophisticated. Thanks a million for all your support really appreciate it.

25 euros fee for a 111.97 claim I won't be advising anyone with moderate claims to take this service before I submitted the claim they could have said you know this will be our fee until I find out at the end
