Pretty sweater and neatly finished cuffs. Thinner than I pictured. Support answered my fabric question politely. Shipping was on schedule and the sealed packaging kept it dry.

I ordered the large laundry baskets. They are not like the picture on the website, they are blurry printed quilted material. Picture on website looks like embrodered quilted and much more stable material. Don't buy from this company. They misrepresent themselves as from Austin and their pictures are not what you get. So sad that companies in China do this. I regret this purchase and got ripped off! I saw an ad on Facebook that is probably fake too! So sad!!

Just as lovely and bright as shown in picture;my previous basket hamper fits perfectly inside making it sturdy enough to stand freely! Bonus😉

The bag is well made, very pretty. I ordered the large because the small looked too small in the pictures. The large bag is extremely large. I wish I had ordered a smaller size.

Ordering and delivery was great. The ad photos make it look more like true appliqué, not just printed so that was disappointing. It is really cute though !

Horribly deceptive. This company does a good job of appearing to be a legitimate and quality producer of goods inspired by Austin, TX. Nothing is handmade or American made. All products come from China but you won’t see that on their website. The products pictured are enhanced to look handmade but are mass produced. I ordered a quilted bag that appeared textured and unique on the website but is actually a photo of a quilted pattern that is simply printed onto a cheap plastic bag. I am so sick of lying and deceptive companies getting away with this and would like their websites shut down. Iris and Nora are perpetrating FRAUD.

Almost ordered my usual size, but I emailed the online shop first and their advice pointed me toward a better fit. The blouse has a pretty neckline without being too low, and the fabric isn’t see through. I checked the seams when it arrived and didn’t find any loose stitching. Delivery was a little slower than I personally hoped, though still within the stated window. Plain packaging, no extras, and the blouse arrived in good condition.

Love it. Is so pretty and well made. It’s a great size for me. I’m looking at ordering a second one just for towels. I’m glad I saw this on Facebook. Also, it arrived faster than anything else I’ve ordered recently!

Fraudulent marketing. They say they are a local company in Texas. All items shop from China. It takes a month to get your order. If you wish to return, you pay the shipping back to china
And wait six weeks for your money, if ever, or they will give you 30% of the cost of the item, back on your credit card and you throw the crappy item in the trash. BEWARE!! Do not buy from these fraudsters!

Horrible experience. The jacket I ordered was poorly made, did not fit properly and had a large logo on the back. They had 3 options for return. Making it difficult for full return of purchase price. I ended up with 30% of what I had paid. They are a fraudulent company. Do not waste your money. Products are made in China.

I waited almost 4 weeks for these overalls I am Very disappointed and upset they are Nothing like what was advertised on FB ! What A Scam !🤬They are made in CHINA and it shows

The items I ordered overalls are very poor quality and not as advertised. I ordered 1 size smaller (small) that the website recommended (medium)and they are still too large. I ask for a return and refund and the response was to pay more shipping and order something else and kerp the merchandise (what Am I going to do with this). No not going to spend anymore money on their website. The website claims its a online boutique from Austiin TX. But than it shipped international. Now they claim it will be too expensive to ship back to China, where they did not disclose it was coming from there.
This a a fraudulent and deceptive business do not buy from there!!!

My order took upwards of a month to arrive. One reason for the delay was for a quality control check. I can’t imagine that what I received was after a quality check!
I ordered a grey jumpsuit. It is brown. The material feels almost like plastic and the fit is awful.
Customer service has responded promptly to my three emails. However, the BEST option when I said I wanted to return it and get a refund was to pay another $9.95 for S & H for my new item which I would get a “credit” for (at 30% of what I already spent).
Nope. Not spending another dime. The fact that I would have to spend upwards of nearly $30 to return it to China and this could take weeks and even more issues…hard lesson learned. More shopping locally for me vs. shopping for “deals” online.

The product I received was extremely low quality not at all what I was expecting. their return process for a full refund makes me ship it to China so they are obviously not located in Austin, Texas, as they say on the website. I did not want to do an exchange for an additional $9.95 of shipping to get another cheap product which was one option. The second option was to receive a 30% refund which I chose and donate the item to charity. getting a full refund seemed impossible because it would have to be shipped by me to China. I’m a very unsatisfied customer. Do not buy from this website.
