Ireland Family Vacations/ Traveling in Ireland Arvostelua

Great podcast with so much excellent information! The free itineraries are wonderful! Also, Jody has been so helpful when I reached out with questions!

Jody Halstead made planning our Ireland trip incredibly easy. She offered great ideas, communicated clearly, and connected us with a fantastic driver. And directed us to a not to be missed stay at the Doolin Inn. Thanks to her help, we had a fabulous, stress-free vacation. Highly recommend!

This is the best source I have found for Ireland travel planning, invaluable!

Many thanks to Jody for helping us plan an incredible vacation! We just returned from an unforgettable two-week trip to Ireland, celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary — and Jody’s Vacation Coaching made it absolutely seamless and magical from start to finish. We began in Bunratty, then spent a few days in the Killarney area, followed by time in Doolin and the Cliffs of Moher, and ended in Cong and the Ashford Castle estate. Every stop was thoughtfully planned, well-paced, and filled with meaningful experiences that reflected the heart of Ireland. Jody helped us prioritize the right sights, book key experiences, and left room for the kind of local magic that made this trip so special. The people we met were a highlight — warm, funny, and welcoming at every turn. Even when we hit a snag (a flat tire near Dingle!), it became part of the adventure — and thanks to the views and perfect weather, we hardly minded. Plus, we were grateful for Jody’s tip to add roadside assistance! We would 100% recommend Jody’s Ireland Vacation Coaching to anyone planning a trip. She’s knowledgeable, responsive, and full of personal insights that turn a good trip into a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Wes & Rose

Thank you, Jody, for your informative podcast Ireland Family Vacations. Your episode on Powerscourt sent in motion our vacation there. We had a wonderful time and couldn’t say enough about it. You also set us in the right direction for renting a car. With your help we ordered the proper-sized vehicle, and the insurance was easy to get. Plus, we loved getting a discount at Irish Car Rentals. That discount made the pricing awesome. Thank you Jody and I love your podcast.

Jody is so knowledgeable. She provided valuable feedback during our consultation, and added some great recommendations based on her experience. We are looking forward to our trip, and with Jody's input we feel at ease that we can relax and enjoy every part of our trip. Many thanks Jody!

I worked with Jody at Ireland family vacations and she was fabulous to work with! I had contacted several other companies to help me create a custom day trip to Donegal without success. I explained to Jody what I needed and she worked very thoughtfully and patiently to create and price out several different possible options to make this trip possible. I was just about ready to abandon my dream of this trip to Donegal until she worked this out for me. She was instrumental in making my dream trip come true! I have nothing but the highest praise for Jody and this company.

Great Place for information and advice on traveling to Ireland - Took advantage of the opportunity to speak with Jody and review our plan. She provided helpful perspective, insight as well as suggestions. Would recommend to anyone.

Jody is always responsive and keeps me posted

Jody took what would have been a nice family vacation and made it the trip of a lifetime! Every recommendation she gave us was spot on: hotels, restaurants, experiences, attractions, everything was amazing. The itinerary she made for us maximized our time and allowed us to do everything on our Ireland bucket list. I'm so grateful to have found Jody & Ireland Family Vacations. If you want the best Ireland vacation, Jody can make it happen. She is a wealth of knowledge and worth every penny.

I have posted before, but wanted to follow up with another review post-trip. We got back from our first Ireland vacation a few days ago and I can say from experience that Jody’s tips are priceless! I learned about everything from great tours to travel tips to how to get a VAT refund from her podcasts and website, and our trip was immensely improved thanks to her. I highly recommend using her planning guides and podcast to prepare for a trip. We plan to go back again sometime, so I will be continuing to listen and learn in the meantime. Thank you, Jody!!

You feel like you are getting something valuable for your money. And what I am receiving is a level of information, insight, and service that is beyond what I can do by myself in planning a trip to Ireland.

I was expecting more for the price.

I love all the information given about planning a trip to Ireland.

Jody was so knowledgable and helpful! So much better than using a travel agent! We made a number of changes to our plan based on her comments. I highly recommend talking to Jody before going to Ireland. I also enjoy her podcasts
