Same as other people here, I took the test, paid the 50 cents and then 24 hours later saw the monthly subscription fee for 40 euros. It is purposely written in smaller font on the results email and not mentioned when finishing the test, only on other parts of the website you would not go to. Email them and demand the refund stating the obvious attempt at trying to hide the additional subscription and then tell them to delete banking/personal information.

I can't say I had a bad experience because after I paid 0.5 euro I asked myself why I'm paying and went here and read your reviews. I checked the terms and conditions and it's well written but also pretty s*tty that it's not stated with big letters on their page.
I wrote them an email explaining the situation and why I want to cancel the subscription and I also checked if I can unsubscribe on the website, for now it works and they sent me a confirmation that I no longer have an account. Still I blocked my card just in case.

Update: they did react quickly and cancelled everything and no money will be taken from my account.
At the end I'm actually questioning my IQ due to this nonsense 😂

Same experience as others here.
I paid the 0.50 euro for the test.
There was no mention of subscription, I didn't agree with anything else and, after 24 h, they charged me with 39.90 euro.

I reported them to cyber police and other scam scanning sites, then contacted them at their info e-mail address.

They made a refund and sent an e-mail in which they also announced (obviously, standard AI messages) that they cancelled my subscription (what subscription? 😆) and deleted my data.

Not to mention that the iq test was a total s**t, nothing according to the official scalings and benchmarks.

Pay attention and check the sites before accessing them and making your payment info available.

They will refund, if you subscribed unintentionally. Just ask them.

Don't inform you about a monthly subscription and then charges the day after

I was also scammed! They took 40$ out of my account. Did anyone obtain a refund or found a solution?

Be careful! This is a scam and regardless of promisses of refunds they will continue to collect money monthly. Only way out is to change bankaccount. Bank cannot help, suscriptions does not show up in your Apple subscribtions, so impossible to cancel. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BANKDETAILS!

I have asked for a refund but they did not accept

Yes, it definitely is misleading how they subscribe you to the service without properly mentioning it on the payment page of beforehand. Yet, please, people - just email them and ask them to unsubscribe you and delete your account from the website. Then, simply ask them to refund you your 39,9€ and they will. Happened to me a week ago, the refund took one day to process and now I have my money back. Don’t just block your card - there is a simple way out of the situation without losing anything.

Is there a way that I can get my money back. This is fracking scam one.
First they told me it's only 0.50 £ then they automatically borrowed 36.94£ from my bank card without even notifying me.
I have complained about this scammer.
Can anybody tell me how to get the money back.

SCAM,they charge you 39.90€ subsequently after downloading 0.5€ for using the application without any prior information about 39.90€ when paying 0.5€ because they know that no one would use the page. You can't see your subscription in google pay to cancel it, you can only unsubscribe via their site, but they will certainly continue to deduct your money, so it's best to replace your card and block the old one. I reported them to google and the cybercrime police.

Scam, tries to take £35.14 from me after making one 0.44p payment. avoid at all costs unless you want a headache from calling the bank constantly

Website is a total f4king scam. Paid with Apple Pay 0.50€ to get my results, nowhere did I sign for a monthly subscription and suddenly the next day 40€ is deducted from my account, for a fake subscription.

SCAM SITE. There is a 50 cent payment, that has to be made to get access to your “iq test rezults”. However, it is only mentioned in the TOS, that by paying 50 cents you start a 24 hour trial after which they automatically charge you for 40 euros. What I would suggest you to do is blocking your card or trying to cancel the trial (I am not sure, that cancelling would solve the issue. They might still charge.)

Does anyone know if i will get charged every month if i paid through apple pay?
