What we like most about IP Quality Score is flexibility. We can use just the signals we need like IP risk, phone validation, or device intelligence, and combine them with our internal scoring. The data quality has been consistent and dependable.

I have an issue with some of IPQS' services harming my business unjustly. I have send them multiple emails, but no response as of yet. Meanwhile my business is still impacted by their score.

I would like to find a solution together with IPQS. I see however, that IPQS responds to the reviews so that's why I am trying to contact the company through this platform.

IPQS banned us for no reason and they don't respond to our emails

Super easy integration with our Everflow tracking platform.

It keeps on flagging my network as having a poxy and vpn and if I put one on it says I dont have one on and same with the vpn. Its just reading old vpn IPs and using paterns to guess if someone is using one or not.

Company fraudulently and libellously lists IP addresses as being proxy or vpn hosts, or as having been detected engaging in "abusive behaviour". Provides no method to dispute that an IP is being used in such a way.

completly fake company , first give low ration (I tested with couple of friend on different IP) when they ask to create free trial account to show anything once u do they claim u had account before though non of us ever had and when ask u to pay right away. Just super scam avoid at all cost.

Nothing but good things to say about IPQS! The service is incredibly easy to plug and play into your own system. There's tons of settings to customize scoring and the data is truly better than any other service I've tested. I'm a very happy customer.

Only false positives.They would spot you have VPN service live, end of the world IP score get state suspicious as you might do bad things via it. What a joke :D

IPQS is a scam. They will backlist or list an IP as suspicious without any proof. The cannot even give you a log entry or offer any proof. At most they will say scan your network for bots. VPN's are still used. Getting off their list is quite hard and they do not offer a remediation. I mean SPAM HOUS CDL offers that. Most people in the modem world still sit behind firewalls and natted IP's. You know its a scam if they can offer not proof and the sales person calls you to offer a discount on their services. They have no legitimate claim to Cybersecurity other than their log collector suck information of public resources like a parasite.

I've been looking for many years for a good site to scan email address's and ip's and this site provide everything that you need.
over 2 years using IPQS services and I must say , the accuracy was so far pretty on point.
it helped me detect scammers and potential fradulant activities that were made in some accounts that possibly been compromised .
when it comes to security I recommend IPQS as there are no services that can offer anything remotly close to the data they provide.

It's honestly a great service, the data quality is strong and I can perform investigations directly on the platform. The APIs are also easy-to-use and have made it very simple for our team to validate new users.

I've had a great relationship with our account manager for over 5 years now! As fraud continues to evolve and get more sophisticated, IPQS is also taking measures to consistently improve and add new tools to identify high risk behavior online. Our department has been very pleased with the data quality and overall service & support!

Their data is inaccurate and they refuse to fix it. If you want a trust worthy data source look elsewhere.

03/02/25 - To be more specific about my review, I am a residential ISP. IPQS have marked most of our address space as 'VPN' or 'Proxy' which is incorrect.

They are asking for evidence that the IP addresses are not providing those services - but haven't told me what kind of evidence they require.

They say the end customers need to contact them direct, but then they give the end customers the run-around and refuse to update their records.

Their data is bad, and they have no desire/process to fix it. I've contacted them on the email address below, but I'm less than hopeful it will get resolved.

03/02/25 - Following this review their CTO reached out to me to apologise and to provide a plan for how they were going to resolve the issue.

06/02/25 - All the data pertaining to my business appears to be corrected.

12/02/25 - On the whole once they started looking at the issue rather than fobbing me and my customers off, the data issue got resolved fairly quickly. It did take writing this review to get any traction however.

I do also have some doubts about the accuracy of their data on the whole. I've spot checked a few other addresses that I use on a personal level unrelated to my place of employment, and they are also incorrect. I've pointed them in the right direction to get this data also fixed, so time will tell if that actually happens.
