This company is a scam company from China. Affiliates to this company is also a scam company. If you ever conduct transactions to broker using this company, the broker will never allow you to withdraw your fundings ever again. Please stay away.

This is a scam. They tried to process a payment on my personal debit card and a I have never even heard of this company.

Rating: 0. Complete Scam. Stay away as far as possible, and do not trust the positive reviews here as most likely they are faked to combat the real truth. Qeebey Tech Co., Limited (known as iPassPay.com) is a complete scam.

They were rather fast to accept my application with $300 "setup fee" which i was to pay it upfront. Their support staff, especially the one called "Gabby" was really friendly in the beginning.

Things changed as soon as i was to make my first withdrawal. To my shock, the first thing i saw - which was nowhere mentioned in the signed/scanned contract is a "Reserve fee". In addition to the high Rolling fee they keep for 180 days, almost 20% was held in addition as a "reserve" fee, which makes my entire business unprofitable.

I spoke over skype again, asking for them to allow me to withdraw, instead, i was given an answer that my funds will be held for 180 days, contrary to all country/international laws and breach of contract (section 2, point 2.1 where they promise that i can withdraw at anytime as long as i reach the minimum for withdrawal).

In addition, they are asking me to "process more" with them, so they can allow me to withdraw my funds. I told them i lost all my trust, and my customers are simply not converting with them - they also have huge decline rate so it is not worth my time.

I have given them some time to reconsider their scamming decision before i take them to court and create reports in China/Hong Kong with all respective authorities for Online Crime, Technology Crime, Ebanking/Finance Fraud, etc.

It's a very good company, We have been cooperation together for a long time. I will recommend it to my friends.

Paid with VISA, got no items,
Kept calm for 3 weeks with no result!
Mail contact first ok but two mails later no answering any more.
Never again and warning to other customers!

I have been offered 14% TDR and 10% rolling reserve and one time setup fee $499 and need to by paypal and first release cycle is 21 days and $40 withdrawal fee and still I have doubt over their business practice towards client payout because they do not have telephone no and provide support only through email which also sometimes reply comes in 2 days interval incase of any issue if they stop replying the email then where and on which forum we should be going to complaint as they are not in market since long and no positive reviews on any forum which i found suspicious still they might be genuine but my mind is not allowing to take risk so can anyone provide more info of their business.

iPasspay is a big fraud. They will take your customer money and will not release to your business account. Everytime they will come with new terms to stop you from withdrawing you funds. I finally tried to refund my customer's payment but They did not let it happen as well. I was ripped off by ipasspay.com
