The certificate I purchased was closed. The 1-year certificate right I purchased was cancelled by Apple and my remaining 8 months of rights were ignored. What a disgrace.

Hi Ertan, thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry for your frustration and understand how upsetting it is to lose time on a 1-year certificate.
To clarify: certificates are issued for one year, but Apple can revoke them at any time. Unfortunately, this is fully controlled by Apple and outside of our control — we never cancel certificates ourselves. That said, when revokes happen, we don’t ignore the remaining time. We’ve added special discount codes on all affected users’ dashboards so you can renew at a reduced cost, and for those with active revoke protection, replacements are issued free of charge.
We know this situation is disappointing, but we are constantly working on better ways to protect our users and minimize the impact of Apple’s actions. 💚

The certificate was revoked 10 days after the end of the 3-month warranty. Forcing me to buy a new certificate. It seems to me a planned repeal.

Just to clarify: revokes are fully controlled by Apple and can unfortunately happen at any time. We never plan or benefit from them, and that’s exactly why we offer different protection plans (3, 9, or 12 months).

Unfortunately, revokes are something controlled by Apple and can happen at any time — but we always provide replacements if you’re covered under revoke protection. As for the discount code, it should absolutely work, and if it didn’t, that’s on us. Please reach out again through email ahmad@iosboom.comn , and we’ll make sure your code is honored and your certificate re-issued right away.
