I initially had a positive experience with Invoiced.com and even built custom integrations with their platform. However, over time, getting support became increasingly difficult—issues could take months to resolve, which impacted our operations.
More recently, they were acquired by Flywire and forced all clients to switch to their payment processor. This transition was not optional, and it has only made things worse. Support has become even more unresponsive, and now I’m dealing with a company that handles my money, but with whom I have no relationship or trust.
What’s most frustrating is that after investing time and effort into building a deep integration with Invoiced, I now feel completely hostaged. Leaving the platform would mean redoing a significant amount of work, but staying means accepting a service I no longer believe in.
This situation is unacceptable, and I no longer feel confident using their service.
