Worst support I've ever experienced!
Our InVentry system took 9 months to fix.
Spent time on countless phone calls, emails, escalations, providing remote support, to try and get the system fixed.
Poor communication throughout; often having to chase them to get any form of update. Even after our case was escalated many times, it did not improve things much.
Avoid, unless you want to lose your hair.
We have had this system for about 4 months now. Every week I have to contact support because something isn't working. Everytime they fix something (which can take a long time) they seem to break something else. I waste an awful amount of my time with this. Every morning, it's a lottery as to whether or not it will be working.
Support shocking
Has gone downhill support, seriously looking at other options as getting support is ridiculous. Over 3 weeks and still no where.

The quality of Inventry's support has deteriorated over the past twelve months. It can take weeks for an issue to be resolved. The support desk is unresponsive and disintererested. If I were you I'd shop around for other signing in system providers.

Do not go with this company. They are a poor excuse for a login system with 0 support. I have emailed 3 times, opened a ticket, reopened that ticket after it was closed with NO resolution not even a response and then had that subsequent ticket closed with no response.
Complete disregard for any paying customers. Unacceptable communication practices.
