Inventivelogos

After some initial communication confusion, they created my animated logo with very little guidance from me, admittedly. The final product was perfect.

Customer service seems to be a lost art these days, but that is not so with this company and their representative, the person I've been working with Usama. I hope I spelled his name right :) It's the small things that mean much to me. In every communication whether written or verbal, he's always inquired "how was your day" or greeted me with a "good morning or good afternoon" with a pleasant attitude. I like that! Extremely professional and very pleasing to work with. He does upsell for the company, offer me other products I wasn't thinking about.. LOL.. but that's okay because he has good ideas and good insight. He knows his stuff!! I know, I can be a little impatient and rushed and busy but he's always patient and kind with me,. Just an awesome attitude!! I worked with this company previously and the service was okay, pretty good. Only this time, it was exceptional! Honestly, I probably wouldn't have gone back on my own, but he just happened to do a follow-up call, I guess to past clients and the timing was right for me. What really made me write this review was, he just realized he had been mispronouncing my name. I never told him or mentioned it. He just apologized and corrected it. I'm not sure how he knew, maybe when I left a verbal message and left my name he realized it. Either way, I thought that was pretty fantastic. As a business owner, customer service is Big with me and as a consumer or customer I like spending my dollars where they are appreciated! Thank you for the good work, keep it up!

Honest service from a knowledgeable professional who delivers on his promises. Razwin did a great job.

The guys at Inventive Logos have been great to work with! I needed my new business logo designed, and they were extremely helpful from the start! Not only did they provide quality design concepts, but they were prompt in responding and even followed up with a phone call to talk through the design. Inventive Logos truly acts as your "business partner" through the process. Highly recommend!
