Ordering paying and delivery was fantastic i had no issues what so ever, but it is not as lightweight as described it is heavy for someone like me who is weak with my disabilities, however is does say how heavy it is somewhere on description, in the video they use a lighter scooter with smaller wheels, but this is my fault for not being that observant, thats on me so all in all a brilliant service and product is built great too.
