Product is great.Well designed and made. Shipping was prompt. The product is an elegant solution for exhausting a portable A/C. However I am trying to contact Intulon for a return or a swap. I ordered wrong size. They seem to difficult to contact. Hoping someone sees review and contacts me. but other than that a 5 star product.

Since a portable air conditioner vents hot air, we needed something that would allow us to vent the A/C unit through a wall, along with creating a pipe in the wall with a vent on the outside of our home. I used this product to route a 6" portable A/C air vent hose into our a wall.

The Intulon 6" portable A/C wall flange is awesome. It is very heavy duty and the magnets to join the 2 flanges together are very strong.

If you are also doing this project, then besides this Intulon 6" wall flange, you will need some sort of pipe through the wall and a vent cover on the outside wall to complete this project. If you pair this Intulon wall flange with the "Hon&Guan 6 Inch Hooded Wall Vent", then you will have everything you need. (Search for "Hon&Guan 6 Inch Hooded Wall Vent" on Amazon.) The Hon&Guan 6 Inch Hooded Wall Vent slips right inside the Intulon wall flange and the small gap between them seals up nicely with dryer duct tape that comes with the hooded wall vent. If you happen to be looking for a portable air conditioner venting solution through a wall, you have found the 2 pieces you need!

Note that depending on your wall thickness, you may need to cut part of the hooded vent pipe off and add a notch in the vent pipe to allow it to slip properly into the Intulon A/C wall flange.

Also note that you will need a 6" hole saw for the Hon&Guan 6" Hooded Wall Vent and a 6 1/4" hole saw for the Intulon 6" Tube Portable AC Air Conditioner Exhaust Flange.

The quality of the product is top notch! Very easy to install clean sleek design looks great from outside of house. I highly recommend this product opposed to routing through window. Allows more efficient flow and increases cooling efficiency…

I used the portable AC exhaust fittings. They worked perfect. (not just for RVs.) I used them in a Mobile Home. (raised wood floor). It would be nice if you made something similar for the drain lines on portable ac units. (1/2" hose). I looked everywhere. No bulkhead type fittings for thick floors/walls (1.5")
The parts you make are very good quality and function. I will be watching for more.
