- Root access is fully available on all our servers. Direct root login via SSH is disabled by default for security, but full root privileges are accessible via sudo -i. You can enable direct root login yourself using these privileges, or our team will configure it for you within minutes upon request.
- The control panel delays, morning outages, and the invalid password are not expected behavior, and we take them seriously. We were unable to find support tickets matching these issues, so we'd like to investigate them properly with you.

I've been with this provider since August 2025. I've ordered dedicated servers in the Netherlands from them a bunch of times, and honestly everything's been perfect — no random downtime, no bandwidth issues, nothing. Right now I'm renting a VDS and it's the same story, zero problems.
The support team is great too. You open a ticket and they get back to you within five minutes, no matter what you ask. Need to reinstall the OS? No problem. Want to install it from your own image? They'll just do it for you, no extra charge.
Honestly, I'm really happy with these guys and I'd recommend them to anyone who wants to deal with actual professionals instead of some greedy company.

We’ve been using INTROserv across several of our projects and currently rent more than 10 servers from them. The service is stable, the interface is clear and easy to use, and the support team responds quickly whenever we need help. Everything works without unnecessary complexity, which is exactly what we need for production projects. Highly recommended.
I've been running a production server in INTROSERV's US location for
a few months. The server itself has been stable and the hardware is
solid for the price, but the initial setup had a couple of rough edges.
Two things stood out early on. First, system update downloads were slow.
Second, getting IPv6 to work took more than a week, even though it's
advertised as available out of the box — I'd expect that to just work
from day one.
To their credit, support sorted out both issues, and when I raised the
first one they gave me a few free days of service as compensation without
any hassle. That's the main reason I'm not rating lower — they actually
stood behind the service.
So: fair value and a provider that makes things right, but the
provisioning and network setup (IPv6 especially) is clearly an area they
need to improve. Cautiously recommended, just be prepared to follow up
with support if something isn't right at the start.
