In-Time Watch & Jewellery Repairs Arvostelua 410

I requested a replacement battery for my watch and was quoted £17.95. On my return to collect my watch I paid the quoted sum and was given what I was led to believe was a "free" cleaning cloth. On my return home I checked my receipt and realised I had actually been charged £12.95 for the battery plus £5.00 for the "free" cleaning cloth. Why quote me £17.95 for a battery which actually costs £12.95 and then add a cleaning cloth on the bill - to bump up the price perhaps? If I lived nearby I would return the cloth for a refund, but as I have to pay a £5 train fare to get to Bromley it does not seem worth the expense. The cloth is no use to me whatsoever as my watch is black stainless steel and I do not possess any gold or silver. I suspect I may have been able to get a replacement battery at a better price elsewhere. I used In-Time because I have used this company before and have never had any problems. I may go somewhere else next time.

So my dad passed away 42 years ago and had left me one of his Rings had my mums Ring never left my finger but it was so worn away so sent to in-time to be melted down made in to one Ring i could.nt put in to words how it came back they certainly delivered there all Amazing totally blown away the service from start to finish was first class stayed in touch all the way through Dan and Claire are the best my Ring was delivered Back to me on Saturday could.nt wish for any better i would Recommend to Anyone first class top Job one very Happy Customer thanks again from the bottom of my Heart sentimental kind Regard Jenny

I had my wedding and engagement rings resized and was over the moon with the results. The jewellery repairs were excellent and reasonably priced. In-Time at Crystal Peaks is a great place for Watch and jewellery repairs. Trish is the most helpful, efficient and delightful person and nothing is too much trouble for her. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I sent my watch for a battery replacement on 21.09.2022 and received it today. Happy with the service.

Even though it took long to arrive due to the royal mail strikes, the customer service team were lovely when emailing when I had a question about how long it would take to arrive.

I was very nervous posting my watch for repair to a company I hadn’t heard of. However, my concern was unnecessary. Upon receipt of my watch, they confirmed the cost of repair which aligned with the previous quote, the watch was repaired in a fraction of the time estimated and couriered back in a well packaged box.
I have no hesitation recommending this company and will certainly be back in touch next time the battery is due a change. Thanks again.

I took my much loved Cartier watch of 17 years to be serviced. The staff at In- Time we’re extremely helpful and were honest in their assessment of the work that needed to be done. Consequently it was decided that my watch needed to be sent directly to Cartier for assessment and subsequently for the refurbishment work to be carried out.
It required a new dial, sapphire, full service and polish.
The Individual cost for each of these were explained and I was given opportunity to decide if I wanted any of this work to be done.I didn’t feel pressured at any stage to rush my decision which I appreciated!
Trish communicated with Cartier and kept me informed at every stage of the process until finally I collected my watch today. The watch looks fantastic ( as new) and I couldn’t be more delighted! I would recommend In Time at Crystal Peaks Centre without reservation!!!!
This was quite pricey as you’d expect from a high end brand such as Cartier but worth every penny!!

Trish and Turvan were brilliant! They offered great advice and repaired my unusual necklace to good as new at a very reasonable price! I’m thrilled as it’s of sentimental value and I wear it everyday. I will definitely be back if I need other items repairing or servicing. Thank you!!

Very pleased with level of interest in, and service for, a small item needing repair. Surprisingly problematic to sort out ,but a great deal of time & trouble taken to resolve it. Delighted with result.

Excellent service. I took a bracelet to In-Time at Crystal Peaks, Sheffield to be cleaned. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, price was amazingly cheap and the work completed to a high standard. Note to In-Time - I would actually have expected to pay much more for this service!

I was very impressed with the quality of my jewellery. I actually think it looks better than when I bought it! Trish was brilliant, she was very clear but also taught me a lot about looking after my jewellery. I’ll definitely go again.

Dont be fooled by the location they really know their stuff!! Fantastic service, wonderful knowledgeable technicians, y my gucci watch battery for a reasonable price in 30mins! And fixed an issue with the seconds hand accuracy. Cannot recomend these people enough for watch repairs! Will be using them again

The service was very efficient, from contacting In-Time via their website to getting the repaired watch returned and repaired. There is also a 1 year warranty on the repair. I would use them again.

My wife bought me a pocket watch when we got married and recently it stopped working. On the recommendation of my daughter, I sent it off to this company. I will admit I was a little concerned as I had no idea what they would come back with for their estimate.

They contacted me within a few days and questioned what was wrong. I told them that it had stopped when I sent it to them. They then wrote back and told me that after further examination it was working perfectly and that it operated within tolerances, and therefore they were returning it to me. They could have made anything up and billed me, they could have at least charged me postage but they charged me nothing !!

Honest companies are always a pleasure to find and they are at the top of my list.

Based on their actions I would have no hesitation in recommending them and should the need arise I would use them in the future.

I recently had an identity bracelet repaired and resized. The team were very helpful and really demonstrated how important their customers are. Very efficient and they turned it around as soon as they could as I wanted it back as a birthday gift.
