Save your money

Don't be fooled by the .co.uk website suffix. It turns out that the company is in the Netherlands and despite an implied two day delivery it took two weeks to arrive from China. Packaging was minimal although the ceiling lamps were intact. One of the pair was however incorrectly wired through the transformer. Also, the lamps had a ridiculous spring clip mounting method which required making a 3" diameter hole which I have no intention of making. Due to the potential danger involved I requested a return and refund. I received and automated email stating that they were looking into it. A month went by so I emailed again but was ignored.

Worked for me!

I ordered a light fitting and it arrived within two weeks. I was very unsure about this company as there have been no reviews but it seems legit... I did contact the customer service email address and there was no reply however.

Vastaus yritykseltä Interiorhaven

Hi Chris,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear that your light fitting arrived safely and within the expected timeframe.

We completely understand your initial hesitation, especially with limited reviews available, and we appreciate you giving us a chance. Your feedback helps build the trust that new customers are often looking for.

We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t receive a response when you reached out to our customer service team. That’s not the level of communication we aim to provide, and we’ll be looking into what might have gone wrong there to ensure better responsiveness moving forward.

If there’s anything we can still assist you with, please don’t hesitate to get in touch again — we’re here to help.

Regards,
The Interior Haven Team
