I rarely leave reviews, but this situation warrants it.

I experienced an unauthorized charge from Interiorflo following a confirmed compromise of both my email and bank account. I immediately secured my accounts and contacted the company multiple times to resolve the charge.

Despite providing clear proof and following up repeatedly, I received no meaningful response, no accountability, and no resolution.

At this point, this goes far beyond poor service. This raises serious concerns about how this business handles fraudulent activity and customer protection.

I have escalated this as a fraud case through my financial institution and formally reported it to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre. I am also proceeding with filing a police report for theft and pursuing further action through applicable consumer protection and legal channels.

What is most concerning is not just the charge itself, but the complete lack of response afterward. That level of disregard is a major red flag.

I am fully prepared to provide screenshots of all communications, or lack thereof, to support everything outlined here.

If you are considering doing business with Interiorflo, proceed with extreme caution. Based on my experience, there is no reliable support, no accountability, and no urgency to resolve issues involving customer funds, even in situations involving compromised accounts.

Tried canceling 9 times and it does not cancel. Tried emailing them for them to tell me the same thing. I have told them over and over the system does not let u cancel.

Stop trying to charge my card.

OMG i just moved into my first home and i had some many ideas to decorate and was overwhelmed using it helped a lot narrowing down and having visual representation of my inspirations as my husband has hard time imaging he always wants to see the reference pictures. amazing tool

This company is a subscription scam! They offer you a free trial then immediately bill you a small amount. They make it impossible to cancel the subscription, no customer service, no response to support emails. Then suddenly, a huge charge appears on your credit card/paypal account which will get denied for refund as the small amount went unnoticed so it allegedly establishes “payment history”
I am currently in a rehab facility trying to to better my life and InteriorFlow made a fraudulent charge of $600 to my PayPal account. I was unable to pay my monthly fee to the rehab so I had to live in a homeless shelter until I could get government funding to return to the rehab. This scam site needs to be shut down, as well as any alternate domains linked to them. Stop them from stealing peoples money!

Horrible experince they refused to send me back a subscription for a full year when I never even signed in on an app. SOP Expensive Im shocked at the level of theft

They keep stealing my money via an subscription that cannot be cancelled. I have tried to contact support countless times and their cancel button on their website has been broken for almost a year. I am at my wits end they take 50 pounds every month from me.

This company is a Scam. Made several attempts to reach out to their support and got no response. The website says you can cancel your plan; however, when I attempt it errors out, and I was charged for a year when I didn't even use the free trial

This software development company is a scam. Their submission form for support does not work, neither does their support email. Have not gotten any kind of response or even acknowledgement to my concerns (sent several emails). Was unable to actually cancel my plan as the process to do so does not work, there is an error every time someone tries to submit a cancellation. All this after they charge you $180 for a trial that I did not even use. Would not recommend anyone to use their platform.

This site and app are scams and designed to deceive people. You can't cancel your membership, and they still charge your card.
Nothing works on the support page; you can't send emails or messages!

I enjoy looking at new ideas.
