PART 1! This company decided to let us take our "chance" in applying for a student application, knowing FULL well we won't get the visa due to not having the AS levels. Yet they led us on "explicitly" talking about no refunds applicable as this money gets used for notarising documents, translation fees and exam fees ect. But they are willing to take my money so we ended up sending the £1070 for the documents we were told a day later the ministry declined the visa so bye bye everything. We asked that due to the £1070 not being used can we get that refunded but the initial £500 deposit we accept was used for the application preparation. They then ACCEPTED to pay us back due to the circumstance of the money wasn't used for anything but then when the time came to paying us, they are DECLINING as we were aware of the 'terms and conditions'.
I complained after many BLUNT replys they decided to block me. This is for everyone whose being led on about possible rejection, just know they know for sure whether you'll be accepted or not but would rather take your money. My point is, yes we knew the risks and the no refund policy but the the main issue here is the fact that we know you didnt use my money because you messed up by telling us too early that visa was declined and also because you accepted to paying us back and that then led me onto making another investment elsewhere with my money and then now your telling me no your not paying? So you've affected twice financially by leading me on and because of your incompetence and greed for other people's hard earned money. THIS MESSAGE IS FOR EVERYONE WHO APPLIED WITH INTERHECS AND GOT A FAILED APPLICATION. if they made you believe these things are normal. Think again. I will not let this go.
