A very patient professional team. Claire Kirk sold my house & dealt with my purchase. I had 100% faith in her. She didn’t let me & my family down! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏻

I used Intercounty to sell my former matrimonial home, the team were extremely helpful, friendly, professional and committed. The service was second to none and I feel very fortunate to have had Clare, Charlotte, Abi and Peter working on my sale. The photos were great and professionally taken. Great service and in my opinion better than the rest. I would 100% recommend the team to Sell your home.

Second time of using in last 6 months. I recently sold my mothers house with Intercounty Bishop's Stortford who found me the perfect buyer. I was so impressed with their service that I am now selling my house with them. My house was sold in a couple of days and the service and advice I was given has been outstanding. I would highly recommend them with special thanks to Will and Helen, you guys are on fire!!

Professional all through.
Ready to address any concerns.
Wonderful staff.
Great team overall.

Abi was absolutely brilliant at keeping us up to date as much as possible with the chain progress. Always available on the end of the phone and prompt with email replies. She helped elevate some of the stress of moving! With good knowledge and we felt she had a real want to help sell our property.
Thank you!

Rebecca Keeling was so helpful and understanding as I needed a fair bit of guidance when it came to renting a property, very professional but also had that personal touch which is very reassuring, highly recommended five star

Thank you to the Harlow team, especially Mollie . Even during the pandemic my move in was done accordingly and smoothly . Mollie was really helpful with information.

Great estate agent, very helpful throughout the purchasing process Doug the sales progressor was extremely helpful in progressing my purchase and very helpful answering any queries I had

Rebecca Keeling is with no doubt a 5 star state agent!

She’s been since the first second we met so welcoming, charming, warm and super super super helpful.
She really made me visualise some things that I was struggling with in terms of space giving me different options so nicely and professional.

She always has a big smile on her face that you can still notice wearing the mask!
She just makes things so easy, the atmosphere with her is so relaxed and positive, with a great communication.

Me & my partner are so lucky to have her in the renting process and for that we feel so grateful.

You can tell Rebecca is a people’s person but giving you space at the same time so she really shows that when working, the perfect balance to make you feel comfortable.

We trust that she would be the first one helping us in any moment that we need.

THANKS

Esther & Marley

Mollie was amazing. She helped us from the start to finish with finding the perfect property for our little family. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks everyone at Intercounty!!

We purchased a flat from Intercounty and then choose them to be our managing agent. They have been fantastic throughout - from Jason who completed the viewings, Lois who is an absolute pleasure to deal with supporting the sale progression and finally Dan and Mollie who finalised the managing agent pieces of the process. All work well as a team and supported us thoroughly throughout. Well done, great job from a great team - couldn't have asked for more.

We recently finally sold our house after a very protracted process during a very difficult time. we have nothing but praise for the way in which Intercounty, and James Nunn in particular, dealt with even the most upsetting and unexpected events that occurred. The professionalism of the staff throughout was exemplary. Thanks also to Helen who conducted the viewings and enabled us to obtain an offer well above asking on the property in ten days. The support from the Intercounty team in progressing the sale was much appreciated.

We bought our house through the Intercounty Bishops Stortford branch. We were very pleased with the support and communication we received from James Nunn throughout the process, for our house on Wilson Close. We are delighted with the house. Thank you James.

Rented a property with Intercounty Bishop Stortford, i would like to say thank you. Harry stylianou, went above and beyond to help me in the transition, especially with the ongoing pandemic, exceptional service thank you.

I’m very grateful to Rebecca and Carly for the smooth and efficient management of a change in tenant during the pandemic.

Intercounty- Saffron Walden Branch
I would just like to praise the team at this branch. Unfortunately, we did have a few hurdles to overcome from the sellers on the property we had purchased and Charlotte played an instrumental part in helping to drive it forward. Her ability to follow up on leads was exceptional, it was interesting to see how Intercounty's customer service was a cut above that of our seller's estate agent. I would like to thank Claire for her proactive approach when the nation was heading into the first lockdown and Pete's knowledge and expertise. I would definitely recommend Intercounty and appreciate how they helped with our move.

Having never rented out a property before, I entrusted Rebecca Keeling and everyone else at Intercounty to help me through the process. They have been amazing at making everything seem effortless. Totally appreciate everything they do for me.

Only one criticism, that they detail any costs on the statements I get monthly as this just causes confusion.

We definitely use them again!

Poor communication. Didn’t reply to my correspondence .Had to push to get information. Can not recommend them.
