Intercounty Estate and Letting Agent Arvostelua

I would like to give a big thank you to Mollie Harrison-Stent at Intercounty, who made my recent letting of my property both seamless and effortless. She is a great asset to Intercounty, thank you Mollie.

This is the 7th year I let Intercounty manage my property. Mollie Harrison-Stent was able to make me feel looked-after as a landlord. It was a tricky rent with unexpected challenges and tight turnaround. Mollie ensured I am well informed throughout the process and swiftly took action to overcome unexpected situations. I am grateful to her professionalism and dedication.

Really pleasant, professional and friendly experience from start to finish with added value for money. Dealing with Doug was great as he was very knowledgeable, on the ball and kept in touch with updates all the time.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others.

You guys are amazing. Simply the best. Kudos to you Mollie, you are a star. Short of words.

Thank God for intercounty, there should be more estate agents like them. I had gone to about 3 estate agents before intercounty and they were…you can fill in the gap ☺️. When I found a property I liked I was a bit skeptical about calling and viewing but I did and I’m now lounging on my sofa and sipping hot coco 😋. Mollie attended to me and made me feel like a superstar 😂. She was so friendly and professional I couldn’t believe people like her still existed. She was always in touch either by phone or email to keep me in the loop. I think she deserves a promotion 👍. Thank you Mollie and everyone working at intercounty Harlow branch, you guys are amazing 😊👏

Intercounty has been professional and helpful from the start of the selling and buying process. Great selling rates compared to some others in the town.

Intercounty staff have been helpful and have morals along with their professionalism, unlike some in the town.
I would highly recommend you use them.

Luke and Jack in the Chelmsford branch have both been so helpful! moving can be so stressful but they have been amazing and answered any questions that we have asked. They have dealt with everything so quickly too we got the property last Wednesday and get the keys this Thursday Would definitely use them again in the future.

Thank you all so much!

I recently made the move from Ireland to Harlow. Mollie and the team from Intercounty made this move so much easier than I anticipated. Mollie has helped me every step of the way. Professional and friendly, I left the office with the key to my new apartment, laughing despite the rain. I could not be happier!

I own a property in Old Harlow which has recently been re-let following my tenant vacating. The agent who dealt with the whole transaction and provided an excellent service and kept me in the loop the whole time was Mollie Harrison-Stent. Thanks Mollie you were excellent !!

I loved the experience with intercounty. I came to Harlow, didn't manage to get the time to get a view. Mollie was kind enough to go in to the flat and send me a video of the flat which I picked online. was quite sceptical. when I get to the place I found it perfect. Everything is in order indeed.
Paper work went smooth. staff are friendly and flexible.
I highly recommend them

First time renter and these guys made it the most pleasant experience possible. From start to finish they have been so helpful and professional and on the ball with getting everything together. Would highly recommend.

After many weeks of communicating with us, our solicitor and others in the chain, Charlotte from the Saffron Walden branch managed to push our sale through. She has been amazing throughout. Easily accessible, professional, very communicative, friendly and at times tenacious. We cannot praise her and Intercounty highly enough. They were our third time estate agents but we wish we had chosen them first. They far out performed the previous two estate agents that we had.

We recently exchanged on a property in Thaxted through Intercounty at Saffron walden. Throughout the whole, sometimes stressful process, they assisted us in a calm and professional manner. Charlotte was especially good, chasing, advising, and communicating very well from start to finish. we would definitely recommend them.

12 months of emails, quotes and excuses. If you fancy paying market rates on a rental that isn't market rentable, Intercounty are the Estate Agent for you!

It's understandable that Covid has caused some serious delays but 12 months on and we're still asking for maintenance to fix kitchen cupboards, the front door, black mould on walls and sealant around the bath.

It's only been a month asking for maintenance to reseal the bath plughole so we can have a bath without contents spilling onto the floor.

We had enjoyed 5 years renting this property without any issues. The past 12 months however has been so frustrating that I've directly contacted the Landlord to see if there is a reason why there has been such a delay. Our Landlord has also been experiencing issues with Intercounty and their poor communication & property management. Sadly for her she's also paying them management fees.

I'd encourage people to try another Estate Agent because Intercounty really aren't doing the job they're paid to do.

The team at Intercounty at Sawbridgeworth were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble.
Mostly dealt with Dan,Sarah, Marian and Mollie. From purchase to letting they were efficient informative and took all the stress away as you could leave them to do everything.

I have just let out my house in Church Langley. Dan, Mollie and Will were great in helping me through the process and finding a tenant within a week of going on the market! Thank you very much.

I am pleased to write this honest review about the service I have recieved from an excellent estate agent who has helped me through a purchase on my home. Emma Clyde has gone beyond all expectations showed enthusiasm, politeness , friendly, prompt in answering any questions I have had and made it an enjoyable experience. She has been helpful and is a asset to any organisation and wish her the nothing but the best in her career. Intercounty hold onto her 👍

In the final weeks of the conveyancing process ( late March) PL worked hard to remain neutral and achieve a positive outcome despite a deal of frustrations which frankly almost called the whole deal off. She maintained professionalism and humour throughout working to conclude 6 months of negotiations started in September by her colleague Debbie Davies. We are grateful to both for going the extra miles.
One small niggle was on the day of completion when key handover delegated to Dunmow office was shambolic despite clear instructions from PL and the lawyers.

Perfect service from the beginning, made the whole experience of renting a property feel very organised, official and exciting. Mollie has been a wonderful help! Awesome team. Thank you very much.
