Intercounty Estate and Letting Agent Arvostelua

Very good customer care, thanks George

The staff at Intercounty from the very start were very professional and helpful.
And at every stage of the home buying process were always there on hand for help or advice.

Jenny at Intercounty was always polite, always helpful, did what she said she was going to, and despite a very frustrating house purchase was not only professional but human too.
Well done Jenny, I would definitely recommend you.
Sally

Saffron Walden Branch Thank You!
Charlotte, Joshua, Clare, Lisa and Abi are a fantastic Team and were at all times professional, knowledgable, kind and caring. The support I received was second-to-none through some very challenging moments; and so close to Christmas and the New Year! Thanks guys you were amazing:)

Excellent service from both Nicholas the branch manager at Braintree and then from Jake Frisby who regularly kept me up to date with the purchase of our new home. Due to challenging problems at the bottom of the chain they both went out of their way to expedite the process and kept us informed every step of the way.
Well done and thank you so much for time and effort.

We sold and bought our house through Intercounty and I have to say the service provided was excellent. Doug did most of the chasing and sorting out for us, we found him and his team to be knowledgeable, helpful and informative. Highly professional attitude and attention to detail. Thank you for making everything so painless! The team is amazing! Happy Christmas and New Year!

Competitive rates, first class service. Overall a great landlord service.

Charlotte and Lisa at intercounty Saffron Walden have from the start helped me to buy my property the service and patience along with their professionalism is the best I've ever had the pleasure to deal with.
I would highly recommend intercounty Saffron Walden branch if you want a hassle-free and stress-free and amazing service, thank you to all of the team 👍👍👍

Intercounty were very effective, customer-focussed, professional letting agents. They understood our needs quickly and did not hassle us for feedback on every property we saw. They were knowledgeable and personable, whenever we needed information from them they were very prompt and professional. In particular this review applies to Harry S, who was our primary contact and very reliable throughout, however the rest of the team we engaged with were excellent too.

Jason, our valuer impressed us initially with his extensive research and professional approach. Intercounty have kept us well informed of the progress of our two house sales at all stages, and have negotiated well with the buyers on our behalf. They are very good at chasing up viewers to get valuable feedback. I would recommend them to anyone.

Intercounty Saffron Walden have been handling the sale of my flat ...and i have to say the service and help from them has been outstanding, nothing has been to much trouble.
Throughout the whole sale Charlotte has been on the phone giving my husband and myself updates on the proceedings every step of the way.
Any queries we have had have been handled quickly and efficiently.
Highly recommend using Intercounty.

After searching for our first home for 6 months we finally found the perfect one with Intercounty Stansted. They made the whole process seamless and we're extremely helpful and approachable throughout. We can't thank the whole team enough and would highly recommend.

A very professional company. We have worked with Intercounty for 12 years on our letting of our property. They were very quick to find tenants and careful getting references. When we decided to sell our property we thought that we would give them a chance as sole agents. They quickly found suitable purchasers and got the sale which went smoothly. We thank them for always keeping us in the loop as we live overseas. We new what was happening at all times.

This is our fourth sale with Intercounty, and has again proved to be a very helpful and professional transaction.
Thank you so much.

A pleasure buying land from this estate agent. Andy is a wonderful guy who gives more than 100%. Has kept me up to date every step of the way. He is friendly, polite and professional, I would not think twice on recommending him. Looking forward to using them again should the opportunity arrive.

Kat Keats has been brilliant at managing our property and it’s always such a pleasure to speak to her. Kat is so capable, pragmatic, efficient and very trustworthy. When Kat took a break from the business things definitely went astray and we were so grateful when she came back. With Kat we always felt the property was well looked after. We were very sad to say goodbye when we sold the property. Josh and Charlotte could not have been more helpful with handling the sale. We felt we were in very capable hands, they really know their stuff, really on the ball with all the detail and nothing phases them. Between Kat and Josh we could not have asked for better support. Thank you so much.

Amazing service from Chloe at the Braintree branch who helped us to find our home. Professional and honest throughout. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, helpful all the way through glad we chose them

Received excellent service from the Harlow team in relation to my house sale, from valuation through to completion everything was handled very well. A special thank you to Brandon who worked tirelessly and effectively meaning we completed our house sale with speed and smoothly. Thank you! Would highly recommend you.

I own two properties which are managed by Intercounty and I would very much like to praise the efficiency and professionalism of
Kat Keats. We email each other at regular intervals about issues that may arise concerning the properties , and if there are any glitches she manages them with good humour, sagacity and competency.

Thank you
