I ordered three bra’s & received them. One was not sew completely & did not fit properly. I contacted this company explaining all of this & asked for my refund. I enclosed pictures showing poor workmanship. This company is denying full refund. I would not buy from this company as they are not honest or upstanding people to work with. Joann Chappell
Worst company ever! I bought a comfort bra from them, and it did not fit my body well at all. Unwearable. I emailed them to ask for a refund, and got a reply in broken English saying that since they mailed me the product that I asked for, according to their policies they cannot give me a refund. But he offered three US dollars as consolation. I emailed back and said that would not be acceptable because the product does not work for me. In my next reply he repeated that I received what I asked for so I am not eligible for a refund, but I could have five US dollars. Absolutely terrible. Never ever do business with this company.

Beware Aussie customers this site uses AUD for the price but when you confirm your order it changes to USD, therefore almost doubling your cost!
ALSO the product received was a very, very poor imitation of what was advertised.
I placed an order for glass Christmas tree balls from an add on IG. The items did not arrive with the time promised. I contacted customer service, no response. Weeks later I received a torn plastic wrapped item held together with large amount of packing tape, inside were smashed boxes of broken plastic and paper. Thankfully my credit card company sided with me.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I completed an online purchase from INTEGRITYF and paid as invoice indicated. Order accepted. Checked my CC and they had added 28% for "tax" on a $41 charge. I immediately emailed them with details and demanded that they cancel the order. I also advised them it was fraudulent to charge one price and charge credit card a different price. They never credited and didn't cancel. It is now a month later and tracking shows it hasn't even left the country of origin (Sweden).
