Integrate Sports Arvostelua

I've followed Henry and the team for a while on social media, and I always thought.. that's not for players like me, everyone on this program is elite!

How wrong I was.. I was unfit, out of shape and had been struggling with injuries. The team gave me a bespoke plan that has enabled me (even with injuries) continue to get fitter, stronger and most importantly build habits!

A recent example of this is my 16 pitch length times, from starting the program I've dropped from 12 minutes to just over 7 within 5 months, all whilst managing injuries and my day job.

So, if you're overweight, unfit and injury prone and really want to better yourself, get out of that slump.. I would highly recommend getting in touch with the team at Integrate Sports, they've helped me transform my life and they can help you do that as well!

In December, I had a ski accident which resulted in breaking a bone in my knee and partially tearing my ACL. After surgery, my surgeon explained that if I didn't rehab properly and build the strength back up in my leg I would risk fully tearing my ACL and would need to have another operation. I started working with Henry a month later once I had been cleared to start physio and the programme he made was great. It is evidence based and the weekly check in messages and monthly calls really helped me keep track. The resources provided, such as the access to the Train Heroic app, are also fantastic and something I didn't have previously with other physios I worked with. 10 months later and I have passed my return to sport assessment and am back playing sport. I would highly recommend Henry for a personalised programme that will actually deliver results.

Really specific and well-thought-out training custom programs that really helped some weak points that I hadn't thought of before.
Henry was very professional and easy to get in touch with for any guidance and tips.

So good to be using a hockey specific training program that targets the areas that are used in hockey. Programmed really well, and great split of sessions used means that there is no overloading occruing during the week.

My daughter starting using Henry and his services about 18 months ago when she was 14 years old. At the time she was moving to Millfield school in year 10 and had aspirations of playing for EH and at national league level. Her S&C was good before but she felt lacking in competing at senior level. 18 months later she has played national league hockey, represented Millfield 1st team and after open trials has been selected for further assessment by EH U18. It is not the only reason, but the S&C sessions with Henry have definitely been a factor and we would recommend to anyone looking to up their game and go to the next level.

We came to Henry in a difficult phase for my son. On the one hand he had - and still has - a clear goal: going to the Olympics as a hockey player. On the other hand he was feeling burnt out and overwhelmed, which translated into a loss of motivation and an increase in injuries.
Henry helped Keanu to regain focus and worked on the physical issues to reduce injuries and increase general fitness. Although it wasn't easy at all to get Keanu to do his routines regularly, it worked out in the end. Now, he has a whole toolbox full of exercises that he does before/after training and games and also shares with his team mates - from streches to strength building.
His mindset has also changed. One thing he says is: no excuses. At the same time he knows when to take breaks to stay mentally and physically fit. Pretty cool for a 12-year-old.
Thank you, Henry, for your patience and support.

Excellent content - easy to access and well written! Looking forward to integrating some of it into our high school field hockey team's summer training program.

Really happy to work together with Henry! Made a lot of progress and enjoy the program for sure. Learned a lot in general and would definitely recommend to have a chat with Henry if your interested in achieving new goals or want to improve in different subjects.

What a great experience I saw Henry’s work online and decided to get in contact to work on my speed and acceleration. I took on a 6 week programme that was tailored to my needs. Over the 6 weeks I’ve seen improvements weekly. The programme is easy to follow with weekly workouts composed specifically for you with helpful video links to easily understand. I would highly recommend Henry to anyone in the hockey world that would like to improve their fitness goals.

I started with the team in the hope of building a routine that kicks me back into healthy habits that suits my sport. To say I achieved that only within the 6 weeks would be an understatement. The team worked with me around my existing schedule and were incredibly encouraging throughout. Other benefits I gained was injury prevention working on muscle groups I’ve neglected and a sustained performance level for longer on the pitch.
