Very good service. Very helpful and friendly. Painless, efficient and effective treatment

I visited the Cheadle branch of Integrate to have ear wax removed from my ears, and was met by Olivia. This Audiologist is very knowledgeable and efficient in the way she deals with her clients. I was given a thorough examination followed by micro suction treatment. An excellent job done. I would certainly recommend Integrate for such treatment.

I’ve always been wary of anything to do with my ears but recently I realised that my hearing was getting worse. I contacted Olivia and arranged for a visit. She was really lovely and made me feel really comfortable. She was very reassuring and talked me through the procedure. I was amazed at the amount of wax that came out! There was no pain, just
a rushing but not unpleasant sensation. I’m thrilled that my hearing has improved and I’m now able to turn the telly down again!

Olivia is a very pleasant young lady. She was very efficient and took time to explain the procedure as my parents are very elderly and mother totally deaf. After the procedure she could hear so well with her hearing aid she said it was too loud not having been unable to hear anything for months.

I suddenly developed a loss of hearing in my left ear and limited hearing in my right ear. The sensation was awful and very worrying. I was unable to find an appointment for weeks and I stumbled across Olivias business. She was able to fit me in the same day and I was seen promptly and treated with great care. She was courteous, explained the procedure which was incredibly relaxing and my hearing was completely restored in a matter of minutes. The relief was incredible!!!
