We, M. Patel Logistics, have been using Intangles Telemetrix for around 7 years. The support from our new CRM, Inayat Gori, has been very good and helpful. However, we are facing issues with technician availability for vehicle fitting and physical visits, as one technician is handling the entire Kutch region. We suggest adding more technicians for better and faster service. In Intangles Fuel filling accuracy is around 90%–98%, depending on the vehicle model,it's very use full to us.
Vehicle health monitoring system is very use full for preventive to the breakdown.
