So far so good. I searched high and low to find coverage for my French visa. The price was 10% of what others were asking. I have my fingers crossed as I head for the private company that handles French visas. They need to share their information more widely. (I really don't care about the insurance. I just want the documentation to make the French happy.

Amazing experience. The website is friendly, the policy complies with all Visa requirements (D7 Portugal), and the form is very simple and short. On top of that, you get your quote in seconds, pay, and download the policy. It does not get better than that.

Needed a modification on the insurance certificate and they were able to provide me that in 45 mins after emailing their services.

Long response times when in a emergency and reimbursement is very slow. I have waited for more than 2 months and was told it hadnt been process as of 2 days ago

Leur demande de visa a été refusé et Insurte conformément à ses engagement a remboursé le montant de l'assurance immédiatement, sur présentation du document de refus de visa. Les échanges par emails avec leur équipe sont rapides, cordiaux et efficaces. Je n'hésiterai pas à solliciter leurs services à nouveau quand l'occasion va se présenter.

Due to change in travel plans I had to cancel my travel insurance at short notice. The team responded to me promptly and made sure I get the entire amount refunded back to me before the end of 14 day cool off period. The process was smooth and streamlined. I got an insurance contract from them for my parents visit visa to Europe, which was a seamless process. Unfortunately, the visa was refused, and i got the refund in a couple of days as they promised. So, a very trustworthy company, i would say!

Insurte seems to object to two things which I experienced and have taken down my review

1 the fact that their advertising tells lies.

Their website states 'Insure Everyone, Everywhere!' since they do not offer insurance to Cubans this is a deliberate untruth; otherwise known as a lie. There may be other countries they do not cover ask them to state unequivocally that they cover 'everyone, everywhere'.

When I wrote to Insurte they replied; Hello, Thank you for your e-mail, 'we regret to inform you that this country is not available in our travel insurances'.

Their is no conditional to their headline so ipso facto it is a lie since they know that they do not cover everyone.

2 I said 'Their reviews look highly suspicious as most reviews only cover this company'. That is a matter of FACT.
Most reviews do only cover the company. Out of the first 44 reviews; 35 were one-off positive reviews of Insurte ONLY, of the others 7 were positive and reviewed 2 or more companies, 2 were negative about issues which were lauded in other reviews. That's 80% of reviews being one review ONLY which in my view is 'suspicious' and 80% is 'most' clearly.

I'm an objective reviewer, sorry if this company feels aggrieved at being challenged. But they shouldn't have misleading advertising.

We purchased travel insurance from Insurte for our Europe trip. When our travel dates changed, we needed to update the insurance as well — and the process was remarkably smooth.
