I didn't receive my visa decision in time for my trip. After reporting to the customer support, they gave me a refund, and the whole process was very quick and friendly.

I contacted Insurte regarding my policy cancellation due to change of travel plan. They have me the option of keeping the contract until the other travel dates are finalized or get the policy cancelled. They also gave me nicely written performa for policy cancellation request. The response from them was quick and friendly. My request for policy cancellation was honored within minutes of request. I appreciate them and plan to use them again for any future needs.

I highly recommend Insurte for travel insurance. They are very responsive and really worked with me several times as I applied for a visa to France. Additionally they are the most affordable at a fraction of the cost of other insurance companies.
