Easy to search and compare plans. Many of the plans have good coverage and good prices. I only wish that they had the ability to create an online account where I could track the plans I have purchased.

Agent was very helpful and explained coverage and options. Price was reasonable.

Staff was very helpful guiding us through the policy purchase process, as this was our first time purchasing trip insurance for a big trip.

This is my first time using Aegis. Getting insurance through them was straightforward and they offered everything I wanted at a competitive price. I always check ratings and their A+ rating was above average. I also lik that they offered everything cancel for any reason at 75 %

Easiest way to book travel insurance! And there was a Chat assistant right there for my every question. I even checked the price direct with the quoted carriers, and it was the exact same...so no price markups. This is the 2nd time I've used InsureMyTrip and I'll definitely continue using them in the future!

Very helpful customer service person, Kaylie, answered my question and took care of my problem all in one short phone call.

I had multiple questions which were answered by the folks on the chat. I really like the “compare” feature. And purchasing the particular plan was easy. One thing … I saw numbers reflecting user reviews but I could never find comments about the specific policy. They appeared to be about InsureMyTrip.

It is great to be able to compare companies but the information detail is lacking. A pro and con evaluation would help. Surely you know where the "gotchas" are and can help ferret out the key benefits and the most troublesome defects. Help us not need a lawyer to read the fine print.

I compared the different insurers on InsureMyTrip WEB site and chose the one that suited us best. I called and talked to Christian, to get my questions answered. He was knowledgeable and helpful. We sealed the deal, they emailed all the paperwork and voila it was done. About the same price as going through the cruise company, but, with more coverage.
