Website not User Friendly & Customer Service Could be Better
The mobile version of the website is glitchy.
I tried updating my email in settings several times and it still shows my old email.
The customer service rep was less than pleasant when I called.
UPDATE: I received an email from InsureLMT stating I haven’t renewed but I did and I have the certificate to prove it.
I wish they’d get their act together.
