The Insurance app is a massive step forward in reporting of incidents. What we have found is the older drivers who don’t like filling in long forms can easily use the app to give a lot more detail at the click of a button. Contrary to the perception that the older drivers don’t like technology its proving exactly the opposite and giving them an easy tool to use under difficult situations.
