Looks like good value for money
Looks like good value for money. Price was low but with added extras still a little cheaper than Golf Care who wanted to charge me £40 for my 3rd year as a customer!

They turned it around
UPDATE: I had a very useful phone call with a very nice man called Shaun earlier. He took on board all of the feedback I had and raised it so that in theory it shouldn't happen again. He reinstated my policy with a discount, and I felt like he took my concerns seriously. He gave excellent service, so I decided to renew my policy as he restored my faith in Insure4Sport.
I’ve been insured with Insure4Sport for two years and was quoted £102 to renew my policy into my 3rd year of teaching. Their own automated email states that if a policy has expired within the last 14 days, it can still be renewed through the online account.
My policy had lapsed, but only by 3 days, so under their own stated process this should not have caused any issue. However, the renewal option did not appear in my account at all, meaning I was unable to renew at the price I had already been quoted.
When I contacted support, I received template replies telling me to “get a new quote online” and treating me as a new customer, despite this being my third year of teaching and my third year with Insure4Sport. None of the replies addressed the fact that I was still within the 14‑day renewal window they themselves specify.
The only option offered was to take out a brand‑new policy at £70+ more for less cover, which is unreasonable given that the problem was caused by their system, not by me.
Given how unhelpful the responses were, and the lack of accountability for a clear system issue, I no longer feel confident that Insure4Sport would handle a claim fairly or reliably. Poor customer service at the point of renewal makes me question how they would behave if I ever needed to rely on the policy.
Also, as their reply started with "good morning/afternoon xxxx" it was clearly a template generic reply sent without any care or real consideration
I had previously been happy with Insure4Sport, but this experience has left me with no confidence in them and their service.

Yoga Teacher Insurance
Having recently started to teach yoga on a small scale. I felt it important to have peace of mind, knowing I had some protection from any injury claims. I hope I never need this cover though !!
Obtaining cover was straightforward and intuitive,and stress free . The process took a short period of time. Policy documents were received via email within an hour of completing the online application.
Fingers crossed it's never used and reasonably priced again in year two

Less than the best for service and value
To more than double the price when I have claimed or charged anything is a little ridiculous. More s then I called to cancel to be told in not so many words that they didn’t believe me when I said I hadn’t received a renewal email or letter before was not good customer service

We appreciate your frustration, however, we can confirm that your renewal premium increased from £82.50 to £85.72, rather than more than doubling. We can also confirm that renewal information and advance notice were sent prior to your renewal date. We are able to track when emails have been opened, and our records show that these communications were received.
We understand that emails can sometimes be overlooked or may be filtered into spam folders, and we’re sorry if you felt that your concerns were not listened to or that you were made to feel as though you weren’t believed. This would never be our intention, and we appreciate how important it is for our customers to feel supported when contacting us.
