I signed up last week
I signed up last week, had a quote and agreed and payed my money for the contract, policy I just signed up for and days later I am still awaiting my contract details to be sent through by email.
They keep sending marketing and 50% offers but not my contact details and now approaching a week later.
Not happy not good service .

Mysterious duplicate policy, refusing to refund
I've had a policy for £4k musical equipment insurance with Insure4Music since 2017
In 2024 they created a second policy for £4k musical equipment insurance on their system and charged me £68, I didn't take this policy out, I received no email regarding this policy
In 2025 they renewed the second policy and charged me £118, I received no email about the upcoming renewal
2026 was the first and only time I received an email regarding the second policy saying my policy is up for renewal
I have contacted the Insure4Music support and they are refusing to refund the 2 payments for the policy which I didn't take out

We're sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your experience.
Our records show that you have two separate policies with us. The first policy was taken out online in 2017, and a second policy was also taken out online in August 2024. Based on our records, the second policy was completed online, and all policy documentation and correspondence were issued to the email address we hold on file. Premium payments were then collected successfully in line with the policy terms.
We appreciate your frustration; however, we have not found any evidence to suggest the second policy was created in error by us, and we would never start a policy without a customers consent or asking to go ahead with this, this is definitely not something that would ever occur. As with all insurance policies, it is the policyholder's responsibility to review the documentation they receive and to monitor the policies and payments associated with their account.
We understand that you disagree with our findings, and while we're unable to offer the refund requested, I can see you are in discussion with Alicia about ensuring that the duplicate policy will not renew again.
