I have been following Dr. Bikman’s work for a long time, but when I learned that he also founded a coaching program I have been able to take all that science AND ACTUALLY USE IT to get healthier. I look forward to my coaching sessions each week and it really keeps me on track. They are super responsive.

One week in and I'm very excited about personal coaching. Scale didn't work but was quickly replace. I think the app is slightly clunky especially adding the Google Fit app and syncing. I wish the app had a section for personal coaching appointments and goals for the week. So far so good.

Great experience with INSULIN IQ - especially the personal coaching with Shelby has been incredibly game changing. The HLTH Code protein drinks are pretty good too - just wish they were available here in Canada! Very grateful to Dr. Bikman and Jack Hadley for educating us on the importance of Insulin resistance!

Insulin IQ is one of the best resources I've found to teach me more about the metabolic processes in the body. Knowledgeable answers, good information, helpful suggestions are things that I have encountered in all the live streams with coaches and Dr.'s. I love the live streams where you can talk or not talk and just listen, your preference, and you get expert opinions and opinions of others just like you, people wanting answers. All the coaches and people at Insulin IQ are very nice and positive. I look forward every week to the Metabolic Classroom live when a particular topic is expounded on and then opened up for questions on that topic. I wanted and needed help with weight loss, diabetes and insulin resistance issues and so far I am enjoying all the learning and helpful information I've received and look forward to putting it into practice for great success!

I dont know how to thanks insulin IQ, one of the best information about how insulin affect your body and health everybody needs to know that.. I have FINALLY been able to lose weight!

I purchased the Premium Membership with private coaching and it was the best purchase I've made for my health. I have tried all sorts of healthy eating plans, one of them being Whole30 but I felt restricted and no matter how closely I followed the plans, I couldn't lose weight. After reading Dr Bikman's book "Why We Get Sick" and finding Insulin IQ, I've learned that I wasn't losing weight because of Insulin Resistance.

Emily is my coach and she has helped me problem solve, has given great advise, and as a good coach, she has asked me the hard questions and given me challenges so that I can overcome the health and weight loss issues I've had. I love our weekly meetings!

There is nothing like having a coach! Having a coach and the other things in this program means you don't have to do this alone. It also means you don't have to try and figure out all the information alone, you have someone there who can answer your questions and make things easier!

I'm not sure what I expected, but the group was not very responsive. It would seem that the meals are from diet doctor, so maybe I should have just signed up with them.

Insulin IQ is exactly what I needed. I'd heard of low carb-high fat eating a while ago but didn't know how to actually implement it. Combining LCHF eating along with intermittent fasting (something new to me) has helped immensely and has taken away one of my main "diet fears"...being hungry. I'm not hungry when eating low carb/high fat. Now, when I walk into the kitchen, I ask myself if I'm actually hungry or if I've found myself gazing into the fridge out of habit. In trying to construct my own plan to get healthy, as we all have, I was constantly sidetracked by conflicting information. Diabetes is a pandemic in our Nation. A friend who is an MD told me he would rather get Cancer and die a quick death than to suffer the long, slow, debilitating damage and eventual death caused by diabetes.
